“I have no complaints, out of all the sites I have browsed through I found what I was looking for, for the most part. The price was exceptional and shipping was very reasonable. Finding my way around was a little hard for me but eventually i found something that i did like. I would reccomend this company.”

“They are usually good with there customers. The last three orders I put in with Electric Tobacconist were not right. These problems were reported to them and they constantly said they would fix this problem. Still they have not fixed this problem. I don't think this is a big problem but inmy case it's on going. No one seems to care to make this right.”

“Currently awaiting my 3rd order from the site very excited. My first order took awhile but I ordered it the week of Labor Day weekend so understandable, second one came fast third should be here shortly. Now the prices on this site are lowkey phenomenal, buying a Novo at a vape shop in my town would be at least $30 and juice like $25. I think this site is a great money saver, and who doesn’t like saving money?”

“The product is great me and my wife love the flavor. My only reason I gave a 4 is because of issues with shipping that we have had. Normally this is a big reason we go to another company but the last time usps made the mistake and electric tobacconist solved it”

“I live in KS, and bought a Smok Nord and my bro in law loved it and wanted one so he bought one and doesn't regret it ! He lives in NY and they were asking for more than double for the machine so i suggested Electric Tobacconist USA bc they were the same price i spent in store in KS. Thank u”

“Great and fast shipping! My order actually came in a day early than scheduled. My only critique is that I ordered a Suorin and the cartridge I bought had to be replaced. Overall, the experience was great and I have a new favorite e-liquid.”

“Great service. Only problem I had was with the product. Out of 12 PHIX cartridges, 5 were leaky. Every time you take a pull you get vape liquid in your mouth. One cartridge didn’t even work. Overall I would shop here again.”
