“On my blu nation rewards I have 11701 points and no one will show me how to apply those points when I buy from Electric Tobacconist. I spent $3000 last year and can't use my points. I cashed a bunch of them in for $5 couponds but no store would take them. What's up with all that? Can someone help me redeem my points toward my next ($300) order? God bless”

As a result, we now work with private carriers who ensure compliance with these regulations. “Good product--little bit of a problem starting the produt up. Figured out how to make them work all the time. Wife loves them-I don't indulge. Beats nasty tobacco smoke and tar all over the place.”

“I love everything! The quick shipping, the prices, and the easy to use web ordering. The only reason I gave 4 stars is several time the menthol leaks and it burns my lips and I havd to toss it out.”

“I've been ordering from this company for several years and I recommend it to anyone who wants to at least slow down smoking. I'm not saying that this an alternative to tobacco but, it's my favorite.”

“I love you guys! But, I do not like your delivery service. Once product leaves your facility there is no communication via tracking or delivery notification. No idea of when item arrives makes it difficult to plan for signature requirements.”
