This is for James a representative that I have been speaking with over the last week. He is prompt in his response He researches the answers and he is very professional online thank you James Your delivery system does not update and on several occasions I've had to ask why is it still at the courier. Is there some way we can get better communication with the deliverers

Well supplied with variety of choices. Prices are holding relatively steady but would appreciate discounts or coupons now and then. Shipping time has improved but servicer does NOT provide tracking so one never knows when to expect delivery until they ring the doorbell at 7am a couple of weeks after ordering! Can this be improved?

Good products good prices I love doing business with them. The only hitch is their delivery takes about two weeks, so I’ll be aware of that when you order other than that really great company.

I'm extremely happy buying my NJOY e-cigarettes from you for the past 3 years. A slight delay with delivery sine new gov. regulations, but order is always correct and less expensive than local purchase.

The cartridges were fine, but half of the solo power units did not work! It was way too much money to pay for something that did not work. You should send me 3 more power units that did not work to make it right with me. I would appreciate it very much, that way I would keep on doing business with you in the future.

Very OK with price--little more than expected. Need some help(i.e.What to do?) A couple of the units will not charge--tried over and over. They are bad! What do I do? Eat the cost or send them back--this happened before when I purchased units at a BP Gas station. Any suggestions? Respectfully--R.M.Baron

I’m very happy with your products. The only thing is it takes so long to receive. They say I should get an email from the delivery company as to when to expect the package but I never receive a delivery date or email. Being you have to sign now one sits at home waiting. Thanks

Product FINALLY arrived after 30 days. Everything was as I ordered it, but the delivery time is VERY sub-par!! If you're looking for something within a week I'd suggest shopping elsewhere!
