“This is for James a representative that I have been speaking with over the last week. He is prompt in his response He researches the answers and he is very professional online thank you James Your delivery system does not update and on several occasions I've had to ask why is it still at the courier. Is there some way we can get better communication with the deliverers”

“Well supplied with variety of choices. Prices are holding relatively steady but would appreciate discounts or coupons now and then. Shipping time has improved but servicer does NOT provide tracking so one never knows when to expect delivery until they ring the doorbell at 7am a couple of weeks after ordering! Can this be improved?”
