“The cartridges were fine, but half of the solo power units did not work! It was way too much money to pay for something that did not work. You should send me 3 more power units that did not work to make it right with me. I would appreciate it very much, that way I would keep on doing business with you in the future.”

“Very OK with price--little more than expected. Need some help(i.e.What to do?) A couple of the units will not charge--tried over and over. They are bad! What do I do? Eat the cost or send them back--this happened before when I purchased units at a BP Gas station. Any suggestions? Respectfully--R.M.Baron”

“I’m very happy with your products. The only thing is it takes so long to receive. They say I should get an email from the delivery company as to when to expect the package but I never receive a delivery date or email. Being you have to sign now one sits at home waiting. Thanks”

“Great company. Reliable. Shipping is not always fast but they are responsive and try their best with all the US regulations. Would love to see more nicotine free or low nicotine products and would love if ET could bring in more Brands like “Vuse Go” which is sold in Europe!”
