Hi Helene. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I'm sorry to hear that you feel your order took too long to arrive. Because of the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make similar decisions surrounding the ban on shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. Since they don't have the same infrastructure as the Postal Service your package may take unusual routes as it is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center - This can result in slightly longer transit times for which we are working closely to improve with the carrier. “I usually love the Blu classic tobacco 2.4%. But the last batch, the E cig didn't last very long and infact one was completely dead. I still have the complete packaging . Have you changed the E cigs? Wouldn't mind a return reply.”

“I purchased 8 packs of the 1.8 -- 2 Pod. It's unfortunate that the 1.8 only sell as 2 pod pack and cost only .50 less than the 4 pod packs. In one of the boxes the pods were darker in color which means the pods are nit fresh. Unfortunately I cannot return them. no”

“Products always arrive in good condition! My only issue is the shipping company that you use! They rarely update tracking information and are not flexible in their delivery times! Needing a signature, I’ve tried to set certain delivery times, so that someone is home and they haven’t been able to accommodate my needs.”
