“I love you guys! But, I do not like your delivery service. Once product leaves your facility there is no communication via tracking or delivery notification. No idea of when item arrives makes it difficult to plan for signature requirements.”

“Your Products take forever to recieve, I found another place that delivers by mail and their came within days. Highly upset how long yours took to get. The product its self was as expected.”

“I just want to say that I have been a customer since 2014 and I recommend too my friends that they should order from you. I mean I quit smoking cigarettes in the same time frame 2014. And I don't miss it at all. I know it's not the same but, I have saved alot of Money.”

“I have been trying to contact you since I placed my order in October. It took 46 days for my order to be delivered. The business card enclosed with that order states a full refund will be made if the order takes more then 40 days. Where is my refund?”
