“I have been trying to contact you since I placed my order in October. It took 46 days for my order to be delivered. The business card enclosed with that order states a full refund will be made if the order takes more then 40 days. Where is my refund?”

Hi Lynn, we’re sorry to hear your order took longer to arrive than expected and you had trouble reaching out to us. After reviewing our system, we couldn’t locate any emails or tickets under your details. Unfortunately, in rare cases, delays may occur with the final mile carrier. Please note that refunds under our “ET Package Protection” policy apply only to undelivered orders deemed lost. “The biggest complaint I have is the shipping/delivery company used. Very unreliable in my opinion. Supposedly no signature required but the tracking info indicates a attempt was made to deliver but no one available to sign. We were home on the date and time indicated. Suggest you use a more reliable service such as UPS, Fedex or the mail service.”

Please be advised that all our orders are dispatched with a signature requirement upon delivery. Due to the PACT Act, we can no longer ship with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). “Great customer service! Easy to work with. Sign in and my orders are maintained so reordering is easy. I buy the NJOY e-cigs. There was a delivery problem some time ago and we worked together to resolve the problem. We live in the country and I am now able to provide simple delivery instructions to make our place easy to find. No problems since. Enjoy doing business with ET!”

“My delivery took more than ten days from the date of the order. It was finally at the carrier site but not being delivered. I sent a ticket and customer service responded right away. They contacted the carrier and it was delivered the next day. Thank you Customer Service. You might want to order at least 12 to 15 days before you need them.”
