“Happy to have found an online store who has the products I need, and actually follows through and ships said products! I've been burned by two online stores, and have been hesitant to try again. “It was better this time a lot faster and finally I didn’t have to leave work early to sign and leave a delivery guy 40 bucks I mean it was getting out of hand I was frustrated , it wasn’t your guys fault but it said all along no signature ! But this delivery in a random car was making me and waiting or would leave it for cash only pretty shadey yuh?? No more and I appreciate that ! I’m happy always with your products it was never ever about your company! I think when I said something you did something because it didn’t happen again so far and I’m grateful”

“I placed my order back in November and still have not received it 3 months later. Also have not received any response to 6 tracking requests I've made. I put a stop payment on this order and will never order from or refer this company to anyone.”

“I really like the selection and communication from Electronic Tobacconist. I wish the shipping was faster, but I know shipping methods are limited for these products, so there isn't much they can do about that. I have worked with the third party shipper before on one of my shipments, and their communication was excellent, as well.”
