I’ve gotten every order so far just don’t know it takes so long to ship out and receive them plus a deal would be nice too. I’m sorry my last order has said out for delivery for the past two days and I still haven’t received them yet 2219267/4333699 is the order # , tracking number is WHC8252A151A8

Electric Tobacconist is awesome but the quality of Blu Cherry Disposables has slid down hill . I see the lot number (14360) is the same for the last few orders . Sometimes the blu light doesn't light up or the juice runs out pretty fast . Hopefully a new batch will get back on track . jim edwards

Order was never received. Despite repeated contacts by email to determine the location and timing of the arrival of the order, it was never provided. After waiting for 5 weeks (and being told it was not considered late until 40 days), they told me the order had been returned and I was being charged a $20 restocking fee. Pricing is just "OK" but delivery and service are a disaster - and then charging me $20 at the end is nothing but a SCAM! Nothing positive to say about Electric Tobacconist and BLU regarding this experience.

I prefer the Blu Gold Leaf pods 1.2% over other vapes. I can't get them anywhere else, so I am delighted to be able to get them from Electric Tobacconist. The prices are good and they ship them right away. They make the process as easy as possible and the delivery time is very good considering the distance.

I placed an order for approximately ($70.00) with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 business days. I have not only not received my products but I have received no email updates about my products and even when I sign directly into my Electric Tabacconist account, I get zero updates. This experience has been frustrating. When you attempt to seek help for some insight of where your order is, you are prompted into a loop of links that change the estimated delivery time from 5-7 business days to claiming as a customer (I) may have to wait for as long as 40 days before I will be considered for a “lost product.” I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a single update via text or email. This is unfortunate given that on Feb/18, a day after I placed my order with you Electric Tobacconist, I had placed an order from a competitor - Element Vape. I received emails of communication to update me on everything to do with my order and received an estimated time frame similar to your delivery time frame. However, unlike Electric Tobacconist, my order from Element Vape was received even quicker- only a 3 day wait before my products arrived. They offered a fabulous method of communication and quick delivery! I am very disappointed with my order from this company! I am requesting a full refund and a cancellation of my order. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this as I’m tired of waiting and have grown inpatient with the poor experience I have been provided.

I received my order undamaged and complete. My only complaint is your shipper! They rarely update order tracking and don't send notifications for delivery. They offer no flexibility in their delivery times, they deliver only when they want to deliver. This can be difficult based on the required signature!

This is a great shop with the product I love. Customer service is very responsive. I'd give 5 stars if shipping were better. The shipping service used does not provide a reliable delivery time/date so I end up waiting all day long for delivery and can't go anywhere.
