My husband ordered a leap vape kit and they took the money out of our account and when he went to look at the tracking info it said he hadn't placed an order and it's been 2 weeks and he still hasn't received his kit. I do not recommend this site and they don't even have a phone number where you can contact them. I can't submit a ticket because they didn't send my husband a product number or whatever it is.

Hi Crystal, I can confirm your payment was declined due to an incorrect billing address. In these instances, your bank will have approved the payment before we declined it. While it may look like you have been charged by us, we have not accepted any payment. It normally takes banks 3-5 days to acknowledge the decline and to re-release your payment. The pending charge you see on your statement will disappear within 3-5 days (10-15 days for prepaid cards). If you are unsure of your billing address or believe it to be correct we recommend you reach out to your financial institution for further clarification. They offer discounts to new customers but exclude long-term loyal customers. Just bad business practices. Will never shop here again.

Electronic Tobacconist no longer carries many of the original Totally Wicked products that I have used for about 6 years now. This company does not even have a phone # that a customer can call to discuss issues. This company will not honor the vape points I still have from Totally Wicked. Made an order yesterday and found all this out today. Will be returning this order as soon as it arrives. Will request return shipping label. I do not reccomend this company.

We offer great multi-buy discounts on their juice line and have free shipping on all orders over $20. Electric Tobacconist sent my package to the wrong address because I used PayPal. I tried to tell them that they were using the wrong address before they even mailed the package but decided to mail it to the wrong address anyways. So I am sitting here without what I paid for 1-2 weeks later and still haven't heard back about the case I opened immediately after ordering. Of course, I hadn't seen that PayPal had changed my address till after placing the order.

Tried to purchase and total for order was $79.90 however when it went thru PayPal the total was $109.50. That is almost 59% more. Not purchasing from this company. Watch your receipts

I ordered some oil, it never came! I contacted customer support witch you can only do three e-mail, they told me if my product was returned they would send it to me!! WTH? So now I am out my money and my oil!!🤬

i have never seen as much incompitance in my life a simple reshipping job and its been 10 days in the same post office they constantly lie about where it is, telling me its nearf them when my tracking shows its been sitting for 10 days. this site is a joke and the pods i baught where all faulty. i gave them the benifit of the dought the first 2 times i ordered but now this. they dont care about good customer support.

The product I ordered had a different color & horrible taste. I've ordered it many times. Unfortunately I'm stuck w/ 6 bottles that I will never use. Never will I order from this company again & I encourage no one else does either.

This website does not give give you any chances to change the billing address 1 hour after I ordered. I expected more from this site. I have ordered over 200$ of vape from them, and on my recent order was going to change my address. I accidentally only changed my Shipping address, so my billing address was still my old house. They found this out and immediately cancelled the order. No chances. No email. Just a punch in the gut. So now I will have to wait until this card refunds and order from another site. I hope you guys finally see this, reply to it, and give me a chance to change my billing address. Very bad customer service. I expect to have gotten an email alerting me to change my billing address before the order is declined. Very upsetting.

Hi Paul, We truly apologize for the inconvenience. I am sorry for any concern this has caused. What you are seeing on your bank statement is simply due to the attempted transaction that was declined because of an error in your billing address or CVV code. Because the transaction was declined, we have not accepted the funds for it. Your bank, however, does need to process the attempt and this is why you see the pending charge. As soon as your bank has finished processing the charge, the funds will be cleared back into your account. This normally takes 1-5 business days depending upon your bank. Horrible customer service. Tried to lecture me on steeping (like I didn’t know). Very cheap and wouldn’t accept faulty product to be returned. Burnt 3 of my coils in 2 days. Will not buy from again. Go to mt Baker vapor official website if you buy their juice on here. WAY cheaper, better quality and if there is a problem they fix it IMMEDIATELY. Don’t count their pennies like these guys.

I order juice from these guys and straight from the manufacturer. Got a bad batch which was dark and clogged/burnt 3 coils in 2 days. Only used less than half of 1 bottle. They would not exchange and explained to me the steeping process like I was dumb. I’ve been vaping 1 flavor juice from 1 company for a year and a half. I know when there’s something wrong. Horrible customer service and cheap as hell to loose a customer who spent $30 every week for a year and a half. Do the math. Gave me a 10% coupon, which went directly in the trash. Offered to send back the juice anyway for free so they can mess up their coils.

when i filled out the shipping information, i didnt realize my computer auto-filled my shipping address to an old address before it was too late. my order was shipped to the wrong house and i have no idea if it was shipped back and i spent my money to receive nothing.

This was my first, and last order from this site. It said "First time orders receive a 10% discount when checking out". No discount was given, I prefer not to over-react to things like that, but it was, a blatant lie., I thought perhaps when my order arrived, there would be purchase coupons , etc. for my next order, however there were none. I have not received any further communication from this company until now, and I made and received my order multiple weeks ago, certainly, had I ordered something from a retailer, I would have started getting coupons, nothing. The only thing this company has done correctly, in my opinion, was send the flavor, and the proper filter type filter tip... Very disappointing, I see then on sale often, they were the same as normal price, so no discount for an "in bulk" order, it was convenient to have them delivered, but over all, I would NEVER recommend that anyone use this company if they're doing so to save money, or - get coupons, things that other places would have done in a heartbeart. #Deeplydisappointed...
