They sent me an ad for a Free Device with the purchase of the Pods for the Device. Their site was confusing and I paid the price for the Pods but was not sent the Device. When I notified them, they refused to send the Device. So, I sent the Pods back and was out their shipping charge & the charge to send the Pods back. VERY POOR customer service!

Asked for a discount code and was told my purchase is not important enough for them to care. All I wanted was a small discount for my second order. Any company can drop price a little. This company only cares about getting your money and then couldn't care if you were burning to death they would just poor gasoline on top

I received a faulty device, and instead of just replacing it, I'm having to answer alot of questions about whether or not the light turns on. No, it does not...send me a replacement. I'm currently ordering one from a different company to try. Still haven't been able to use the one I originally purchased. But I do know that when they work, they are great, a friend of mine has one.

Never use PayPal to pay for items. They ignore the shipping address you give them and go off your PayPal. Bought 2 60ml bottles with over night shipping and they sent to wrong place. Upon emailing I was told "Your PayPal address was that place. It will be returned to us" How will it be returned? How is that an answer? How are you going to ignore the shipping address I gave you and go off something else? Awful company to deal with.

Not real happy, order some stuff and then got an email saying they needed a photo of me with an I.d. In the same picture. I sent it reluctantly. Got another email saying they didn’t receive it and give me a refund. I want to know where my photo with drivers license is. Probably floating around the internet someplace, again, not happy!

Because of a glitch in their software, I cannot get verified so my account was flagged. Even after showing my ID, customer service still wouldn’t help.

Hi Christopher, Unfortunately, when it comes to selling tobacco products online, asking for an ID to prove you are of age to purchase tobacco products in your state is not unusual. We have a very strict age verification system and if your order is flagged by our compliance software we do have to request an ID in order to ship to you. Do not order from them! They flagged my order and wanted more information after I paid with a legit credit card! I consider this highly suspicious and somewhat of a scam on the companies behalf! If you can’t accept a perfectly legitimate Credit Card transaction then you should not be in business and if I use this same card for other transactions and never have a problem then obviously something is wrong on your end! You should not need a picture ID to conduct online transactions! Now you are telling it will take 7 days for a refund! Buyer beware, take your business elsewhere!

My order was supposed to be delivered a week ago and it still is not here. Talked to customer service and they said I have to wait until the 21st before they can do anything. I placed my order on the 5th wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.

I absolutely love my Boulder but I ordered a new one on 12/20 and here it is 1/4 and I still have not received it! I had to go to the local Vape shop and spend double the money to get one. Very disappointed with the company at this time but the product I absolutely love!!

Was asked for my ss#, which I provided, as proof of my age. Received a receipt stating "ORDER SUCCESSFUL!" Never received said order. Will be reporting this company to better Business Bureau as well as posting on social media about this company.
