I ordered my products on the 16th of august and its now the 28th and i haven't received what i paid for. I have emailed two times with no response. My first email was over a week ago.

Horrible... I would never buy from them again. Quality of product seemed cheap and fake. I have bought pods from other companies with no issue.

I received a defective product. I requested a return and sent the defective item back. It has now been 6 days since I returned my defective product and I have received no update on the status of my order. Its been 2 weeks since I initially ordered my product and I have nothing and the company has my money. There is a lack of customer service. There needs to be an immediate method of communication between the customer and the business. I even messaged you guys on facebook and all that happened was I received an automated message telling me to do what I already did. So all I can do now is wait on an email that I'm not even really sure is coming.

After placing an order and waiting a week I got a notification that the order was cancelled. I inquired about this and was told that an email was sent out to me asking for varification of my address. I scoured my emails looking for this notification only to find that I didn't receive such a message. As far as I am concerned, my order was cancelled without notification and I won't be placing another.

I ordered 6 packs of pods. There was a discount upon ordering 5 or more. When I ordered 6, the discount was not applied. I searched the website for quite some time if there was a code, or some other procedure in place to get the discount, but I could not find it. I ordered anyways, and then sent an email from the company's website with the order number, and a copy of my invoice, asking why I did not receive the bulk order discount. The website promised a response in 4 hours during working hours. It has been over a week, and I still haven't gotten a response. This is pretty basic stuff. Order X amount of goods, get a discount which should appear in the checkout. It didn't. I then emailed them regarding the matter, and no response. Quickest way to scare away customers. In the old days we would call this a "rip off." UPDATE: As a result of 10 emails, during which they refused to acknowledge any slight of hand/bait and switch tactics where they clearly stated if I bought five packets, I would receive a dollar discount on each, and was not clearly given one, they responded several times that I had to find the 'weekly special' in order to get such. In addition, I could not receive two discounts at one time (one being a new customer, another to get their clearly advertised discount upon buying five) which I could not find anywhere on their website. When I finally did threaten them with a case against them with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), did they finally relent and decided to give me a 5 dollar credit towards my next purchase. When I pointed out to them, then I NEVER wanted to do business with them again, an that I clearly stated that I wanted a refund, not a credit, which I had previously stated, (again, after 10 emails) did they decide to refund my 5 friggin' dollars. They asked me to update my review since I wasted so much time over this, and in their eyes, got a happy resolution. So here it is! The words that I wish to state about their truth in advertising and customer service is simply beneath all of us. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I bought almost $200 stuffs, and all of them are shipped to Santa Barbara for no reason, my shipping address and billing address are both Arcadia, LA.

Hi Hoajun, It would appear in this case that there is a problem with your Paypal settings, We can only use the address given to us by you (or by Paypal in this case). Paypal automatically overrides your shipping address to whatever address you have set as your "OK to ship to:" in Paypal. That is the only address any company paid with Paypal is verified and insured to ship to, which is why it auto fills upon checkout on our website. Terrible website. It took me over an hour to try to order a vape and I still never even got my order placed because of the amount of issues I ran into on this website. Most likely just going to go find the product elsewhere and order it

Fitst time ordering from this cite, ordered juul pods and compatible juul pods! Thought shipping was good , recieved notification items were delivered, HERES THE PROBLEM THEY WEREN'T DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS , NEVER RECIEVED THEM!!! Contacting company is a joke , they told me make a claim with post office! I have no items and was still charged, BUYER BEWARE!
