it took more than 5 days since it was shipped. it was supposed to be delivered by Friday (arrived at USPA 5:00 AM on Friday), however, it was postponed to Monday. So ridiculous.

Will not be using this company again. They asked for private information that’s never been asked of me by any company and through a private email to add to the already sketchy request. Horrible customer service. There is no phone number or ability to speak to someone about issues. Any email communication I attempted went unanswered. Only gave them a 1 because 0 was not available.

1st purchase went great...2nd purchase the employee reading emails couldn't figure out how to read an email that has more than 1 response. Cancelled my order and then argued with me that I didn't send ID...get new employees.

Shipments take extended times and customer service won’t replace lost orders until they have been lost in the postal system or their warehouse, for one month. There is also no customer service phone numbers just stagnant, customer service emails that dissolve them of any fault. I was a good customer, $250 per month....but no more!!!!

Packaging shucks! Bought two packs of Vanilla flavor. One pack was busted and the liquid spilled all over everything. The pods were crushed and broken. Not bothering to send them back, probably would have cost more in postage. Will NEVER order from you again.

Submitted a ticket for some leaky pods I purchased---nobody ever got back to me. Purchased 4 pod packs for 41.99, as was the deal, and received 3 instead, but still got charged the full price. There's no customer service number or way to contact them. Last purchase I make through this website.

I ordered a Bo+ and paid for priority shipping. That was a week ago. Electric Tobacconist is great unless you have a problem. They are slow responding, there is no number to call for help. They are arrogant and deliberately unhelpful.
