Your Bo pods are a cheap Chinese knockoff. Nothing like what I received from Bo. Your knockoff pods have a bitter alcohol taste. Pods leak. Very hard draw. Juice has a darker color than genuine Bo pods Avoid these scammers

I need to return an item so I have filled out a help desk ticket since ET refuses to post a phone number. ET says they will get back to you in 10 minutes. I have submitted three tickets in two days and still no response! Horrible customer service. FYI ET, I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing, and I always receive your newsletter thing so I know you have my correct email. Are you waiting for the 14 day return window to close so you don't have to honor your return policy? Are you guys that shady, or incompetent?

I placed an order of two different types of cartridges for two different types of ecigs. When I received my order I had gotten one cartridge which was the wrong flavor. No problem. I was sent a return sticker and mailed it back and received the flavor I had originally ordered. However when I tried the cartridges for the other ecig I had purchased it did not work. I wrote them telling them that I had tried two of the cartridges and neither worked they started giving me the run around and refused to take them back at first. Then they wanted to test them and if they failed I'd receive my money back. Needless to say I realized that they had been expired! I took a picture and sent it to them and instantly received an e-mail stating that e-mail was no longer being monitored!!!!! I turned the matter over to my credit card for them to handle!!!!!!

The wrong address was attached to my paypal account the response from the company was pretty much "sorry, we can't do anything - if we get the product returned, we will possibly send it back to you at a new address"

Returned Fin vtanks in error to UK. They acknowledged receipt took the money in 1-22-18.Never received the product. Not very Good service. Please advise ASAP. Kathy Hutchinson

They mailed to wrong address and I paid for me 3 cartridges- I am out of $20 if the package that got sent to someone else’s house doesn’t send the package back- I had ordered before from Et and got the order fine and used the same address- so I probably won’t be ordering again since they didn’t want to make it right

Received a faulty product. When I went to contact customer support. I received an automated message that refuses to forward or accept the message and send it to a real person. I never received an ETUSA number in My order which it “requires” for me to get help. I feel like this was set up from the beginning.

I ordered juice on the 8th of Feb and as of the 20th I still haven’t gotten any update, and the website won’t let me cancel the order. I will never buy from this site again

Not too happy. I ordered the CUE starter pack for something like $30 only to find out that it went on sale the next day for like $19 !!!!! WTH! Sorry, you lost a customer with your bait-and-switch tactics. I will not buy from you or your products again. If you make it right I might reconsider

I accidentally sent 2 Phix batteries in original boxes with chargers back to get replaced. The initial SNAFU was on me...when I ordered the Phix starter kits ET was sold out so ordered from Phix. Because I had done so much business with ET it slipped my mind that I had to order somewhere else. I emailed ET about the mix up they finally did respond and assured me they would send my product back so I could return to place of purchase. When I received the product ET had only sent the Phix batteries, not the boxes or the chargers. I will not be able to fill the warranty criteria without original boxes and chargers. The honest way to have handled the situation would have been to return all products that I sent to ET. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Terrible customer service and they told me they didn’t have the resources and man power to investigate into my order when it was lost. So I was just told to do it myself. Terrible site.

I never received my order!! Got a email saying it was delivered but was not in my mailbox.. I have tried to get in touch with someone to find out what is going on but have been unsuccessful!! Need a phone number to talk to a real person!!

Product was rusted and the only option they gave me was to send it back so they can test to see if worked. I paid for a new product if it worked or not wasn't the issue the rust was. Needs to work on customer support because they were not helpful. Even after I submitted pictures.

I never got my order it shipped to the town I live in but said it was being sent back to sender due to address problems. I checked the order confirmation and all my info was correct. At this point I would like to just cancel my order. I have seen that my card has been charged. I have tried to get in contact with you but every time I email it says this email is not monitored
