I never received my order!! Got a email saying it was delivered but was not in my mailbox.. I have tried to get in touch with someone to find out what is going on but have been unsuccessful!! Need a phone number to talk to a real person!!

Product was rusted and the only option they gave me was to send it back so they can test to see if worked. I paid for a new product if it worked or not wasn't the issue the rust was. Needs to work on customer support because they were not helpful. Even after I submitted pictures.

I never got my order it shipped to the town I live in but said it was being sent back to sender due to address problems. I checked the order confirmation and all my info was correct. At this point I would like to just cancel my order. I have seen that my card has been charged. I have tried to get in contact with you but every time I email it says this email is not monitored

When prompted to sign up for email promotions from your company it said you would get a coupon. I didn’t appreciate that you gave me the $2 off discount to use on my next order. It would have been nice to use on my first order. Now I won’t order from you again.

MY order was reflected as delivered and i never received it, then i contacted your help desk and no answer. 1 star for lack of customer service and to see if this gains your attention and you rectify. If thats the case, i will make amother review.

I purchased 2 packs of juul pods. About 2 weeks ago tracked it everyday. Just tracked it today and it’s back in Colorado please email me back on when I am going to get what I purchased

Ordered the Xfire and found it is horrible, 24 hours charging and light still red. After second day. First day charging was 4 hours and only last about 2 hours. No other problem with pass purchases on other items from company.

I ordered my package on the 29 of September and they told me my order would be here in three business day and it's the 10 of October and I still haven't received my package and that's irritating to even think I would have to go through this every time I order refills

I order a MY Erl vape pen and was so excited. I ordered an additional 4 packs of pods. Out of the 4 packs od pods there were T least 1 in each pack that was leaking all inside the pack and box. I sent photos of the unopened pods leaking all over the place and the customer service rep offered $6 in credit. Mind you the pods were approx $45. I asked if they may be cracked and they would send new ones and was told they shouldn't leak any further. Well they did. I informed them again that when I vaped the pods they were spewing in my mouth and that shouldn't happen. They agreed and offered more credit. This all happened within a week of purchase. So I took the vape pen on vacation and low and behold the thing wouldn't even charge. Probably from all the juice leaking into it. They ask that I send it back and they determined the thing to be defective. All this in just one purchase in less than 8 days. Ridiculous. Although the reps were courteous. This is just unacceptable to go through all of that in just one purchase I was so excited to get. I feel the company should credit me a new vape pen of my choice. They have not credited my original 4 packs of pods I now have absolutely no use for and they should be credited as well for me to chose another pen and pods to replace the $61 I have already spent. They have refunded the pen but not the original pods that I asked to have replaced from the beginning. Not a good place to do business. They don't stand behind the products they sell.

The pods I got were possible fakes. I threw the pod pack away and was ignored by customer service. I cancelled my account and will never do business with Electric Tobacconist® USA ever again even with a gift card.

I don't know if the product was damaged by heat in shipping or in their warehouse, or if this is some kind of knock-off product from China, but the Vuse cartridges I ordered are unusable. They burn my throat and taste nothing like the Vuse I buy from local stores. Wasted my money - live and learn :(

After 5 days my order is still in Colorado due to a shipping error on The Electric Tobacconist part... so much for receiving it in 2-5 days. They didn't hesitate to take the funds out of my account immediately but are extremely slow in solving this shipping issue and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I received a CUE vaporizer that would not turn on a week ago. I returned the unit and was told that it was tested and worked fine. The same broken unit was shipped back to me and it still will not turn on. Very simple procedure--charge for 4 hours ( unit lit up when charging). Removed from charger tried multiple times to start up the unit by hitting on button 5 times. Still not working as it was when I returned it the first time. I am very concerned that I am being lied to. Very disappointed. Will see if the company will fix this situation. Order Number Order Number: ETUSA35920
