“Cancelled an order when i tried to add additional item. To ship 1 item would not make sense so i cancelled orignal order and added another item.”

“I am so glad that I can find the BLU devises, and the gold leaf liquid pods. Blu enabled me to put down cigarettes that I had tried many times before to quit. Thank you for continuing to carry these products. I tried juul, njoy, vuse and many others and Blu is the one that works best, tastes best and keeps me smoke free for 5 years now. Thank you.”

“They got my money. I didn't get my refills. I thought that their 40 day charge would automatically send a replacement. And it's a shame because I have had great service until now. Submit tickets, hear nothing. Submit another ticket, hear nothing. I get that shipping is a pain and but come on. Working on seventy days! You should hire the Pony Express only took them 11 days to get Missouri to Calf!”

“They make it easy and fast. Great customer service, except for one gal who must of woke up on the wring side of the bed, but 98% of the time excellent. Shipments delivered on time and shipment updates are timely.”
