“I had no problem navigating this site to find exactly what I wanted. The price was great. My only issue was how long it took to get here. In fairness, this had more to do with Hurricane Dorian than anything else but that is why I picked good and not very good. I would re order from this site.”

“I was incredibly happy to find this site when looking around. The amount of products they have is quite wonderful, and when I did have an issue customer service got back to me in record times - less than an hour! Easily solved my issue, and helped me complete my order. Will definitely use again.”

“I hope everyone is doing well. This would be my 2nd. survey. Yes! I quit my smelly cigarette habit Thankfully, by purchasing my first Juul, 3 Yrs., ago from Electric Tabaconist, I no longer smell like tabacco:0) Word of advice “Nicotine” is very addictive. Doing the right thing for customers is selling lower doses of “Nicotine” it does not mean you will lose business. Doing the right thing for consumers is caring. I recently bought Phix, pods and 3 pods were damaged so I am not happy about that. There is a lot of hype on vaping & chemicals. Do your research no boot leg products from wanna be’s... 😊”

“Shipping was quick. I was pleased that they offered 2.5% nicotine, not all companies offer the lower level. There was a hiccup with the data entry when I ordered. This was my error. But they quickly saw the correction and prepared my order. I would definitely use this company again for my future needs.”

“This is the third vapor pen I have used. I find it very difficult to pour the liquid in and waste as much as goes in. Otherwise the vape pen is okay to use.”

“I searched internet but this was best.product variety was excellent and price was absolutely competitive. The email reply was very speedy and prompt. Only I didn't give 5 star because I had to undergo are verification twice and it was very difficult process.”

“I ordered a Drizzle Fit for my wife because our local vape shop quit carrying it and she really liked this model. This one does not stay charged as well as her last one but she enjoys it when it works. The thing that impressed me the most is the customer service ET provides. The order arrived Fri evening before Labor day. I emailed ET on Saturday concerning a problem not expecting to hear anything until Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked my email a few hours later and found I had already received an answer. Instructions were provided and they problem quickly resolved. I sent a thank you email and 4 minutes later received a follow-up. All this on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend.”

“They have the best prices. Their shipping seems to get longer and longer. It used to arrive fast within 2-3 days now it's a week. I can't complain much because it is free but the last couple times it's been a day late. 6 or 7 business days. Other than that I still keep coming back because they have great brands at the lowest prices. I still give it 4 stars the only knock, having to wait a week for the order. So just plan on ordering when you're down to a week left of juice or supplies =).”

“I received everything in a timely manor and the price was great compared to other sites. My only complaint is that they double charged me, which my order was not small so that was an inconvenience. It took 5 days for the money to reappear in my account. I will keep it in mind for next time I am looking to purchase vape juice.”
