“Very convenient website, easy ordering. Quick shipping. Only issue is that they didn't send something I ordered. They refunded the money for the product they didn't send, so I can't complain. Definitely will use this site again !”

“Have been ordering from you for almost 1 year, and have been extremely satisfied. With the exception of one blip of not receiving my order, I’ve had a quick turn around. The one order which was not received, which is not your error, has been resolved and is in the process of being reshipped. Kudos to your customer service and staying true to your mission.”

I can find things other sites don't offer and the site is easy to search for things you looking for unlike other sites I've used. Delivery is another thing but you guys can't control that once you ship it, it's not your fault that USPS sucks. Thanks for being so great. “I have always had super fast “free” shipping and til my last order. I paid for the upgraded, speedier shipping however I did not receive the package until I normally would with the free shipping. Won’t make that mistake again!”

“I have ordered a few times from this site and have been happy with the products. This last time I was not happy that I had to sign for the delivery. I did not order anything that I have not before. This is the first time I was told to sign for it. It is hard to do that since I am not home for the delivery and the post office is closed when I get home. My order arrived several days ago but I have yet to be able to pick it up. I hope I can before it is sent back and I loose my product and money.”
