“I had a hard time getting my refund on a faulty vape kit. Also I thought I had an issue with a replacement vape kit and never received a response to my inquiry. However the kit eventually started to work.”

“Website works pretty well. Checkout process is normal and easy. Only complaint I'd have is that when searching for "Mint" flavor, I was sure which filter category to use on the left side. But using search bar worked fine as well.”

“The Boulders and the pods are flawless and cheap but the Boulder brand juice burned my throat when I used it and others tried it and said the same thing but idk if its saposed to do that or not but the speed of shipping was amazing and overall website experience was very good”

“Electric Tobacconist is the only vape supplier that I have used that ships as fast as Amazon. I don't know how they do it. I ordered on a Saturday, it was shipped on Saturday and I received it on a Holiday, Combs Day. Priority Mail isn't delivered by USPS on that day. But there it was, in my mail box on Columbus day. I also love that they send me a 10% off coupon a few days before I usually reorder. They are really affordable. And I get free Priority Mail shipping. I love Electric Tobacconist. They really earn your business. I'll be a loyal customer so long as they keep earning my business.”

“I use this company often as the prices are good and the website and easy to use. I'm not very computer/internet savvy so that was a huge relief. I almost always receive my products early in good condition. They take care both in privacy and protective packaging.”
