“When I order my first time I never got a tracking number. So I reached out to them to see ig I was getting one and the said yes bit it was delivered two days ago. But there product is good.”

“The prices cant be beat and the customer service was prompt when I made a mistake on my delivery address. The only slight annoyance is how long it takes for things to ship out but once they do the items arrived quickly.”

“I made my first order about 2 weeks ago and unfortunately the order was delayed and it took 5 days extra to get to my home it was a bit frustrating but when I received the product, I was beyond happy because I had finally gotten it. The website is very user friendly and prices are unbeatable. I overall like Electric Tobacconist USA!”

“The product itself was great, price was excellent. My only issue was with signature required delivery. I'm a busy person so this caused a delay, at a bad time. Not their fault but just an annoyance that I wish we could opt out of”

“It’s really great and cheap and it comes brand new in awesome condition I’ve spend over 100$ on here. The only think is it takes a while to come in. Mine took 4 days but other than that it’s great!”

“I ordered on a Thursday and my order arrived on the following Monday. The only issue I had is that somehow my 10% off as a first time customer wasn’t applied. When I attempted to fix it I was told that it wasn’t possible. I’m not sure if it was nefarious on their part or just a glitch. Either way it cost me ten dollars. Otherwise it came promptly and as described.”
