“Packing was done well and the products were as described. My only complaint is the shipping cost (but it's understandable). I'll just do my orders in bulk so I get free shipping. Great website!”

“I came onto this site to find puff parts cheaper than in the store. I found them easily and they were almost half the price. The only issue I had was that a lot of the flavors were out of stock. I placed an order and they came within a couple days. Overall happy with my experience and will shop on this site again.”

“Fast enough delivery. Buying product that includes 2 free other products could be made easier. Had no reason to contact any sort of customer service. A few liquids I wanted to try were out of stock. :( Overall, good enough. I really just wanted what I ordered and gave the free juice to my flatmate.”

“Bought my stuff on Dec 3 and it got shipped out fast. But still waiting on USPS to deliver my package and it is Dec 14th. 2 attempts have been made and no one came to deliver. Rescheduled twice and still no package. Electric Tobacconist service is good but USPS is garbage”

“I recently joined the website since I had purchase Totally Wicked products in the past. I need some parts for my Resolve cig. I purchase a micro tank and cl coils. The site is friendly and relatively easy to navigate. Customer Support responded quickley to my questions. My only concern is that they do not stock the batteries for the Resolve unit. They promised to pass along this information so hopefully I can purchase an additional battery without having to buy a complete Resolve set-up, that I don't need. I would recommend the sight. It would be helpful for thos of us that have used the VG/PG liquids for years to provide some additional information on the best way to use Nicotine Salts Vapor. I had to go some where else to learn about Salts.”

“Honestly I was surprised by the speed of the delivery it always arrives before the date mentioned. It takes 3 days or so after my order for my package to arrive. I would however, like it if the website had more options for salt nic products and smok nord coils. Other than that perfect”

“I have ordered from this website twice now and I must say they do have a very good selection of many different items! My personal favourite part is I can find my juice at a high nic that is hard for me to find else where. The shipping is a little slow though. Over all very good service.”

“I like the whole website it is easy to browse and the prices are great. My first order arrived on time and I was satisfied with the service. But my second order didn’t arrive on time although I payed for the 2 day shipping. It’s been a week now and still waiting. I did contact their help page and they contact me soon enough and they resent the package but just I said still waiting for it. In general, I like them and I appreciate the care they’ve showed me and I understand that shipping issues could be caused by the carrier.”
