“Had a little snafoo when trying to order and kept getting the card declined even though the card was fine. Switched to a different card and had no problem. Arrived fast and great service when dealing with my card.”

“I ordered a vuse e-cigarette from them and its okay. No fault of theirs, just not so in to "vaping". It was super cheap, which was dope, and came relatively quickly. It was good enough service i plan on checking out some other products they offer”

“This website is the best I’ve found for selection and prices of nic salt juice. The nautilus device I bought leaks, and I will be requesting a replacement. Otherwise, all the juices have been above average.”

“Electric Tobacconist USA is a great site I am a new buyer but I’ve been happy with all my purchase so far except one but it’s not their fault it’s the manufacture for Uwell Caliburn. My Uwell caliburn stopped working after first uses and that was really annoying especially cause I spent 20$ dollars to not even get a full 24 hrs out of it. But I love this site it’s cheaper than buying at store”

“I came onto this site to find puff parts cheaper than in the store. I found them easily and they were almost half the price. The only issue I had was that a lot of the flavors were out of stock. I placed an order and they came within a couple days. Overall happy with my experience and will shop on this site again.”

“Fast enough delivery. Buying product that includes 2 free other products could be made easier. Had no reason to contact any sort of customer service. A few liquids I wanted to try were out of stock. :( Overall, good enough. I really just wanted what I ordered and gave the free juice to my flatmate.”

“Bought my stuff on Dec 3 and it got shipped out fast. But still waiting on USPS to deliver my package and it is Dec 14th. 2 attempts have been made and no one came to deliver. Rescheduled twice and still no package. Electric Tobacconist service is good but USPS is garbage”
