“Order is always right and the shipping on time. I used to be able to get my juice direct from the manufacturer in Thousand Oaks. However since I reside in Commiefornia I have to have it delivered all the way from Colorado even though it's produced and manufactured less than 100 miles away from me!!!”

“I used to buy my Vuse directly from RJ Reynolds.Believe it or not,that multi-national,multi-cash heavy behemoth company could not ever be consistent with the deliveries. It was a nightmare start to finish. Electric Tobacconist on the other hand has been nothing but efficient and reliable. I'm so glad that I found them.”

“Price is basically the same as my local store. The product took 3 weeks and the tracking never gave me an estimated delivery date. The guy just showed up at my house for a product that needs a signature. It would have been a hassle if I wasn't home. First and last time ordering from you. I'll buy them in person from now on.”

“I had some problems with my orders recently and am very dissatisfied. My order was canceled by your system and the credit took forever to get. I placed a new order and it took 15 days to receive. This is way too long and I don't think I'll order from you again,”
