“The Electric Tobacconist company has been great. Their customer service representatives are top notch. The delivery service, is unreliable, I never received my order. But per the agreement, I notified ET on day 40 that I hadn't received my package. After verifying I never signed for delivery, I was refunded the full amount that day.”

“I tried to order vape pods, would’ve saved a lot of money compared with retail prices. Turns out they cannot ship product to my state. Customer service people were super responsive and kind. I wish I could be a customer—very impressed with their help center!”

“I don’t know why they won’t ship to Louisiana anymore I have order them previously with no problem now all of a sudden they won’t deliver I have tried the juuls but I can’t do those they give me a headache so I wish they would get the myblu back on track”

Hi Patricia, We are at the mercy of our carriers on this. We cannot use USPS, UPS or FedEx so we can only ship where our carrier network can reach. “You guys are usually pretty solid with orders but my last one wasn’t so great. The pods were old and only 2 packs of them worked out of the 4 packs I bought. I just ordered more so hopefully no problems this time around….”

“Products take forever to be shipped. Then the shipping company updates that they have tried to deliver with no one to accept/sign for items, however they never tried to deliver (we were home both days and have a camera, no one came). Reached out to ET and have to wait 40 days, laughable service. Canned response received from ‘customer service’. This is my last order with ET, no trust in the service anymore.”
