Run - don't walk from from this company. I placed an order on 12/19 and it ended up at the 'final carrier' on 12/23 where its sat for the last 16 days. Customer services best answer is to wait 40 days and file a claim. They won't let me cancel it - or refund my money. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and Colorado Attorney General - why not just refund my money for the product you can't deliver?

Love love that I finally found a company that sells the real Vuse pods. One thing: it has had many issues with deliveries. Customer Support (great communication and service) have explained that, since the big companies don't (or can't/won't) deliver ''tobacco'' products anymore, it has to rely on smaller ''mom and pop'' delivering companies. I have had to cancel one order after 5 weeks of waiting (a big order, but they were great about it). If it happens to you, I suggest finding a friend that lives in a ''big'' city where, I believe, it's easier to deliver and use that address (they can mail back to you). That's what I'm now doing and so far, very good!

the products were great as always and prices were comparable...however...delivery time was at least three weeks from when i ordered. this unacceptable. i allocate a certain amount of funds each month and when i have to wait, it leaves me no option but to borrow or purchase locally while i wait for my order, or go thru withdrawal. i will never, ever again purchase from you. i will not wait next to a month for an order that should only take a week at most.

Since your order is being brought to you using an independent shipper, these smaller private carriers do not have the same infrastructure that the major national carriers do. This sometimes leads to longer delivery times and less frequent updates to the tracking. We currently estimate 10-16 days for delivery. That being said, we have seen some instances where shipping will exceed this and do not guarantee delivery within our estimated timeframe. I placed my order Dec 11th, it was dispatched on the 12th of Dec. And it just arrived needless to say I am not giving a positive review, there is no way it should have taken 30days. Also unable to get updates on shipping, unable to speak to a human. This was a great online store, but it really isn't anymore. I will not ever use them again. Pam

I have had at least 10 pods that haven’t worked, though I like the taste very much I’m skeptical about purchasing more. That’s 5 boxes at $15 each, that’s $75 I have lost. Same with the disposables, for every 40 I purchase at least 4 are no good, that’s a 10% loss, again skeptical about purchasing more. Pluse the time from purchase to delivery is ridiculously long. And don’t get me started on the taxes. No coupons or discounts are ever available.

Love the Daily Extra Rich Tobacco but my last order was Dec 14 and I still have not received them [Jan 11}. I know mailing them is a problem but 3 weeks is a long time. Wish someone local would sell them. Judy B

Do not believe the 4.8 out of 5 favorable reviews. Had plenty of issues on my first order. Late delivery and defective products. So I got a second replacement order. Ordered November 25th, Received on January 6th. 6 weeks to receive order. The 1st NJOY Pod, did not work, just like the first shipment. Never again would I order from this website.
