My order from 12/30/22 still has not been delivered and no updated tracking number. Can you please help me with finding out where my order is? My first order was delivered in 2 weeks, but now, with my second order, I still haven't even received the tracking update. Please help!!!

I had been filling my other pods for years, it's been a pain, but they started getting older & the batteries are failing not wanting to charge any longer, so I switched to a new nova 3 kit, I am 74.5 years old quit real cigarettes 1t2 years ago, when I had a massive stroke, but I couldn't give up the habit, it was like I was addicted to the puff! I started vaping & brought myself down to 0 nicotine, then all of a sudden you could not get any vaping in our state with out giving up an arm or a leg. Or being very rich with money to waste! I was pretty mad cause as I said I'm 74.5 years old & in my life time I'd gone from being an adult to a person who couldn't get my sin or pleasure, anymore without paying a big huge sin tax! I really like my novo 3 because I can fill it with juice of my choice. 0 nicotine, like I said I think I'm addicted to the puff! As I lowered the nicotine, I still enjoyed the puff, realized I didn't need the nicotine anymore & got my pleasure still, by seeing the puff go out from the novel 3! It's a choice, but in Amwerica you should be able to make that choice at 74.5! What do you think?

They are a complete scam, they indicate that they will deliver your merchandise between 3 to 5 days. It takes sometimes up to six weeks, and sometimes the merchandise is never delivered.

Purchased just over $400 in product on November 23, said it was out for delivery end of December. Now it sits somewhere in Royal Oak, MI. Had to wait 40 days to get redelivery. In the meantime I placed another order on Dec 20 still at Gateway. The redelivery of the first order has said “out for delivery” for the past 2 days. Of course my first order said “out for delivery” as well but never came. I’m assuming I’ll probably not receive either of my orders. Doesn’t feel good to spend roughly $550 on two orders that I have been waiting on since Nov. 23. So disappointed

I placed my order on 1/6/23 and had delivery by 1/18/23 - not bad considering all the restrictions they have to operate under to deliver these items. You just have to know you will not get these for apps 2 weeks from placing your order and it is by no fault of the seller! I know this for a fact. :) thanks!

Thanks for your review, Anna. Not everyone realizes just how hard the restrictions make it, but we will continue to find the best ways to ship product, and who knows, UPS/Fedex might life their nationwide vape ban at some point! Louis ET Team

The customer service people are very helpful and responsive. I appreciate the quick response from them. I still have issues with the shipping process and length of time it takes to get my orders. You sure don’t wait to debit my credit card account. Wish you could find a better shipping company Thank you

Hi Scott, Looking at your correspondence with us you were refunded on January 15th. Sorry your order did not get to you, but the new laws do mean we cannot ship as fast as when USPS was legal to use (and UPS and Fedex no longer ship vape).
