If you are ok sitting around waiting all day for your item to be delivered by the carrier, only for it not to be delivered by the carrier, and then sit around for a second day waiting, etc., then this is the place for you! Or, you can try calling the delivery company and getting disrespected, and nearly laughed at for asking for an eta (i.e. their tracker said 9:22am, but it’s 9:50am when I call, and I’m told, “Well, the driver has until 8pm to get there.” It’s Saturday, I’m landlocked in my house, and I’m traveling tomorrow, so I’m getting NOTHING done, while I sit here waiting. It’s hard for me to imagine that the carrier isn’t even able to provide a window of time my package would be delivered, i.e. Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. They know exactly what’s on their truck, and where the Driver has to go, they have to, if they’re sending out all those automated messages (which are incorrect and useless).

Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from this company. I have been a repeat customer for a while, however since the price increase on the Vuse Alto Menthol 4-pak pods and the shipping company they are now using is no longer meeting my needs. I placed my order on February 16, 2023 BUT did not receive it until March 3, 2023. The updates for shipping were never right and the package arrived damaged with a huge dent and tire mark on the outside of box. This is unacceptable for me and I have moved on to another online company in which the delivery and transaction was perfect!

Hi Kathy Thanks for your feedback and sorry to seer you go. Your order confirmation had a delivery estimate of up to March 7th and your order arrived March 3rd. We do our best to explain to our customers that by using the only lawful delivery means available to us, the model has changed somewhat to a longer lead time, but with incentives to stock up so that customers are generally able to wait a bit longer for their orders. As part of our commitment to being an above board seller, we also offer Package Protection on all orders. If you have found another company who is able to ship to you quicker, it's likely they are ignoring certain laws associated with online vape sales, so let's hope their willingness to refund or re-ship orders when things go wrong matches ours. Things are changing constantly in this market and this is a very professional company, they go above and beyond and the customer is the primary concern. They really care about you. I have been with this company for at least 2 years, very happy with them.

it is near impossible to get customer service . I need to know where or when my order will arrive ? I use to like this company . however when you take more than 100 dollar order and then no way to track it after many weeks . customer service should be easy and simple. not take hours and be riddled with errors. please someone get back to me .

Hi, I can see the order you are referring to was placed on 14th Feb, was dispatched on the 15th Feb and had a delivery estimate of up to the 6th March. If your order goes over 40 days we will re-ship it as per our Package Protection Scheme. Your service and shipping are awesome , but Blu has been pushing the same lot number (13513 ) and more often than not you only get a few puff's . I like the flavor , the low strength and the convenience of a disposable . I hope they start making a new batch soon . I'll be place my next order soon . Thanks jim edwards

Absolutely the worse shipping experience I have ever had and have been ordering vapes online for over 8 years. You don’t even get a tracking # with this company it almost like black market shipping. I spent over $200 in products and it’s been over a week and no shipping updates are tracking #. All they tell me is I can assure you that your product has shipped. I mean do the use mopeds to ship there products? If you are wanting vape products and in a reasonable time frame please don’t order from this company.

Dear Scott, Tracking updates and is sent out when the package meets the final mile carrier. It is communicated within your order dispatch emails that this can take 6-8 days. As for the speed of our shipping, sadly our hands are tied since the PACT Act (where USPS, UPS and FedEx became unavailable to us) so we now operate a stock up and save model that can allow 20 days for delivery if orders are planned, and we encourage our customers to allow longer lead times for their orders. Ordered on 2/6/23. Have yet to recieve the order. It is now 2/21/23. Carrier says I missed their delivery on Saturday 2/18. Guess what? I have a ring cam and no one was here in my driveway. It is now Tuesday 2/21 and there have been no more attempts? No tracking updated on when I might expect the package? What company is delivering the items purchased? Sure seems like it must be FedEx based on how poor their service is. At this point, I really just hope I recieve my order. I don't think I will be ordering online any more especially from a site that has no phone number to talk to an actual human being!! Where is this "live chat" you say you have?

My recent order from this company will be my last. I’ve placed 3 or 4 orders and every time it has been a hassle to receive my package. The shipping company they use to deliver to my area is the most incompetent shipping company I have ever dealt with. They say they attempt delivery when they don’t. The last tracking info from my last package ordered on 2-3-23 shows that it has been out for delivery since 2-15-23 at 11:05PM. Today is 2-17-23 at 5:30PM. No update. I sent a message ET yesterday and have not heard back. I have had to do this with every single order.

I can see you put in a help ticket which was forwarded to our carriers immediately, but the issue was resolved within 24 hours of your doing so, hence the lack of response from us. at least 20% of pods stop working i keep unit clean and to no avail clean bottom of pod. thinking it might be a charging problem. i put new pod in unit and works fine so problem is with pods. what do i do? edh

I really enjoy all of Reds Apple products but guava ice is my favorite and works great in my devices. Electric tobacconist is still my favorite place to shop but the shipping is still a problem. I wish they could get it down to a week or less. Everything else is great so keep up the great work.
