I placed my large order on May 19. It is now July 03. After all the difficulties to make any kind of contact with this company during this last month to its whereabouts, I continue to get ‘put in my place’. All ending with they will contact me when they have information. How is it possible they can do this, because they already have my $$ money. They just don’t give a crap. Yes, I have asked for, and last two times insisted to get my refund. Yet I get the same nasty letter back. I have given them good reviews in the past. Do please disregard them. I am do very disappointed in this company.

Tax and "surcharge" on my order was greater than 50% of my original order. No explanation of surcharge. Help desk did not appear to accept my inquiry. Second order and we may be done already

Hello, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. The "surcharge" indicated on your order is the State Excise Tax. The state of California requires two excise taxes on vape nicotine products: 52.92% of the wholesale price and 12.5% of the retail price (CECET). This is a great company Customer Service is always on point. Service is fast and thorough Highly Recommend to all. Resolved a tech issue for me in less than a day. Delivery packaging and pricing is also spot on !!!!!

I still haven't received my pods and it's been 10 days. For $16.99 shipping you would think it would be here in a reasonable amount of time. I guess it's coming by pony express. Thanks Juul for ruining Njoy for everyone.

Shipping was a little slow, but customer service was amazing with keeping me informed. Since stores don't carry what I use anymore, it was nice to still be able to get my products! However, I wish I would have ordered more the first time, because it doesn't appear they ship to my area anymore 😞

I had 3 NJoy. Cartridges that did not work at all. I requested credit or replacement and offered to send back the faulty cartridges. Electric Tobacconist told me to go to NJoy for the defective cartridges. Terrible customer service! I bought the cartridges from YOU! You should make it right. I will find somewhere else to get my cartridges.

Good product selection with njoy; easy order and checkout. The ONLY issue is the supping service rarely updates the delivery status and it shouldn't take 14 days to receive an order.

They shipped me the wrong pods which were all leaky. When I got new pods they were all leaky again. Probably wont order from these guys again.

The electric tobacconist gets 5 stars but the blu pods are inconsistent. I order these pods only and they are inconsistent in quality.Some are the right color and taste, but half of them are dark and bitter. I wish they were completly consistent in the pods I order.

Thr ease of ordering and swiftness of delivery make this company my preferred method of getting my Vuse refill pods. The prices are comparible to what I'd pay locally and with free delivery, i'd much rather order from the Electronic Tobaconist.
