Do not order from Fashion Nova. My daughter paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been almost 2 weeks now - still haven’t received the order! There’s no customer service phone, you have to email the complaint or issue and they still haven’t responded after all this time! They took forever to ship her (and friends of hers) previous purchases, too!

The young CEO of this company needs to take advice from a seasoned CEO to learn how to effectively run a business. I made a purchase many weeks ago, sent the items back to have a credit issued and to date, the credit has not been issued although was supposed to take 5-7 business days. It has now been more than 10 business days, items that I wanted to get are no longer available in my size and now the 40-90 % discount is no longer available because they keep dragging this out. So sad the people we keep in business treat us this way. If everyone would boycott this business, this young lad would certainly be out of a job. Perhaps I should contact my bank to have them credit my money back because you can never reach a live person and it seems that everyone receives the same general email. I am done with this company- will never order from them again and take my business to some of the other merchants who are reliable. This CEO is a hog. He takes everything in. There is no refund and you have to pay to send items back. This company is a Scam!

It's been 10 days since I ordered from fashion Nova and I STILL haven't received any updates on my order. I can't even get a hold of them via email or phone number. Never shopping from them again!!! Very unprofessional.

This company is horrible!!! We placed and order on 10/8 and they immediately charged my credit card, and it is now 12/8 -- 2 MONTHS and STILL NO ORDER!!!!! Their customer service is non-existent and now I have to wait around for some email response to get this order cancelled - we have emailed twice before as well. So ridiculous!

I purchased about 300 dollars worth of items before the Black Friday sale . a week later they refunded me my money Bc they weren’t able to ship my items on time . I’m still waiting on my other purchase I made prior to that one and it’s been over two weeks ... where is the refund??

Placed two orders on November 23rd. It has been two weeks and just a few days ago got my shipping confirmation and still have not received my items. I’m a very loyal customer but I will NOT be shopping here anymore. Customer service is automated and they do not even try to help you.

Waited 11 business days and still have not shipped my stuff and customer service is a sham. Even though I kept telling them the date of my order they kept responding "please allow for 7-10 buisness days for processing". If you buy through them always pay through PayPal, PayPal got my money back.

Placed an order a week ago and still now confirmation number or tracking number. Don't purchase from them! They take your money and take their time shipping your stuff if you even ever receive it!

I ordered the first order on Monday and haven’t even received a shipping status or tracking number it has been 5 business days. My second order was placed shortly after and same thing. No information about either packages this is absolutely ridiculous. SHIP OUT MY CLOTHES!!!!! And give me information about where they are and why this is taking so long. #24804527 #24852334

I have sent several emails trying to get my refund back on items that I did not receive. They only try to give me a partial refund. This company is a joke. Never again will I order from them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ORDERED NOVEMBER 23, 2018 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER!!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! I AM ALSO GOING TO REPORT THIS SHITTY ASS COMPANY TO THE BBB!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer since fashionnova first started and they used to have fast service but this is the second time they take more than 2 weeks to deliver. I still haven’t gotten my tracking number. You have no option of canceling your order (only issue store credit) I will not be ordering from this site again. Not trustworthy.

Fashionnova deserves LESS than a one star rating, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS and then purchase at your OWN RISKS! as i promise you, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. My stupid self got caught up in the black Friday hype AFTER FACT, that i placed an earlier order in October and had problems with that. THEY DO NOT HAVE 2 DAY SHIPPING, MINIMUM 2 WEEKS. Still haven't received my black Friday order but they claimed it was delivered Left in mailbox, no such thing.
