They don’t even deserve 1 star ! Such bad place to order and buy clothes !! ... i order 4 dresses from FashionNova and and they took more than a month to arrive and when I open my package I was missing one ! I email them and they took a long time to respond and all they said is that it was out of stock ! Why are you dealing things that are out of stock and plus you try to refun me with store credit ! Hell no i didn’t pay with no store credit did i??? No right so stop stealing from people and do things right !!!!

Ordered 11/29 still no tracking number and automated emails when I ask why. My first order the quality of the material was poor. The jeans were more like jeggings

I guess I'm not the only one that has been given the runaround by fashion Nova. Ordered on November 28th paid over the amount to get free 2-day delivery. It has taken well over three weeks before they began to ship it out. I wrote a couple emails to them because they have no live person to talk to. They emailed me finally today saying that my order is on the way and that I have finally a tracking number. They have some nerve to act as though I just placed the order a few minutes ago and have no remorse for inconveniencing what seems to be hundreds maybe thousands of customers.

Ordered my dress on the 29th of Nov and it's now the 11th of dec. It said 2-3 day shipping paid for my fast shipping and I still havent recieved my package or a email stating it was on it's way. They emailed me a response to me asking where my package was and why it was taking so long and why the money was taken out already and they responded that they dont have control over the shipping and for me to be patient. Well you charged me to have it shipped out in 2-3 days and it's way past that and you already took my money from my account and I haven't even recieved my merchandise, not only is it false advertising but they tend to blow you off and RIP people off without giving them their bs. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA.. they are a poor excuse for a company.

I recently ordered and I was missing items, I have emailed them 4 times and it’s been over a month and no response. I ordered from here like 4 times and every time it comes super late when I do 2 day shipping it comes like a week later. They don’t always fit the same and the material is very CHEAP! Touch dolls or Pretty Little Thing are better places to order for the same style of clothing. PLT has thousands of items and they fit really well plus they always have sales. These are my options . Fashion nova just pays famous people to advertise but once you get the clothes your like why did I spend my money. I won’t spend my money every again !

Worst experience ever. I have an event and I have no dress. I paid for fast shipping and its been two weeks. This is ridiculous and all they send is generic responses and offer you 30% discounts off new order. Why the hell would I order from them again if I couldn't get the first order. I want a refund immediately or I'm reporting as fraud to my credit card.

Up until last night, I had been following Fashion Nova for a year. For a year, I had dreamt of wearing their stuff and wanted to feel like the coolest girl in there clothes in my group of family and friends. Last Wednesday I bought one item. ONE ITEM. I even paid for 2-day shipping. Well, I'm going on day 4 of waiting for my item. I know I can't complain too much because there are other people that have been waiting for longer than I have, BUT STILL. I want my hat. Now I'm going around other online fashion sites and testing their shipping to see if I can trust them.

Total scam company !! They charged my credit card and no merchandise!!!! It’s impossible to talk to anyone from the company. I’m contacting BBB please do not buy anything from them they are HORRIBLE!!! It has been weeks and nothing

Do not order anything from this terrible company!!! They charged my credit card over two weeks ago and still no info on my order. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to see why I have no shipment information .... terrible company no customer service!!!! I feel like I have been totally scammed.

Fashion nova steals money from customers by purposefully not sending items bought in a shipment and avoiding requests to refund these items. It’s a fraudulent company and should be reported to the better business bureau

I wished I saw these reviews about shipping and customer service before I ordered 3 weeks ago. They spend so much money on PR but clearly, do not spend enough on Processing. I'M VERY UPSET because now my clothes won't arrive in time for the holidays. I'll warn all of my friends not to shop here since they dont value their customers.

DO NOT USE!!! I am a first time user of this company and I will not be making this mistake again!!! Terrible customer service (can it even be considered that?!) and horrible communication. I order my item three weeks ago and still have no idea where it is. They won't even email me back.

Dont order from fashion nova! I put an order in more then 2 weeks ago and I paid for a 2 day shipping and I haven't recieved my order or a shipping email. I emailed them about it. My first time ordering from them and it will be my last. If I could give 0 starts I would. Just save your self the trouble and the money and dont order from them

I paid for 2 day shipping, 2 weeks later and I still don't even have a tracking number. I have been waiting and waiting for some type of email back, third email in and I haven't heard anything yet.

If i could rate it 0 stars, I would. Fashion Nova's customer service is terrible. They boast "fast shipping worldwide," but take weeks/months to even send you a tracking number. You pay an extra $6.99 for 2 day shipping (which does NOT include processing time). I honestly think that only is fraudulent. They push out so much new stuff, but can't even keep up with the demand. They're so active on social media, but don't even have the decency to reply to people's emails or comments asking about the huge delay in shipments. I know it's the holidays and they're probably feeling the struggle to keep up, but that's not an excuse to be sketchy. Honestly, they should just put their site on pause and work on getting shipments out. OH and if you try to cancel an order or request a refund, you won't get your money back. You get store credit and that's some B.S. GURL BYE. Never ordering from Fashion Nova ever again.

After placing an order that was expected to ship in 2-3 days, I received notice that my order would be significantly delayed due to a change in their warehouse. In the delay email I was provided the option to cancel my order (as it would not come in on time). I choose to cancel my order. Additionally in the email it said if the order did not ship within ten days it would be automatically cancelled and my original payment method would be credited. 26 days later I received notice my package was shipped and I was charged. In two instances my order should have been cancelled, yet it was not. Now Fashion Nova refuses to recognize THEIR error and is only offering store credit. I should have received full credit to my original form of payment due to their delay and their error. They have been extremely difficult to reach, often not answering their phones or replying to emails. Each time I have to keep re-explaining myself and the situation with no solution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They have the worst customer service ever! It took forever to receive my order them it was missing an item so I had to email them, wait for a response, take a picture of stuff, then wait for a response, etc. I would rather talk to a person instead of this drawn out process.

Worst experience in dealing with Customer Service ever. After my order delivery was delayed by around 2 weeks, Fashion Nova emailed me offering to give me a refund, which I accepted as I had ordered the clothes for a certain occasion, and due to the delays I would not receive them in time. The next day, Daphne from the Fashion Nova Customer Service team emailed me confirming my order had been cancelled and my refund will be in my account within 10 business days. A week later, my order was shipped! I emailed Daphne to see what had happened, and it turns out my order was never cancelled, her earlier email was a complete lie, and they refused to pay me the refund I had requested a week earlier. Even though it was their error in forgetting to process my cancellation. No room for negotiation, they did not want to hear what I had to say, and refused to escalate my concern to management to review. I will now have to take my package back to the Post Office once I receive it and post it back, and wait 4-6 weeks for my refund. A huge inconvenience and really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.

Ordered 10/18 no order no refund and they dont respond. They send emails saying youll get a refund in 7-10 days but nothing. Spoke with someone but their was somebody in the background telling her what to say. Suspicious to me!!! Now today I get a email saying money will be refunded. But we'll see!! NEVER ORDERING FROM FAKE A NOVA AGAIN!!! FRAUDS AND THIEVES

The young CEO of this company needs to take advice from a seasoned CEO to learn how to effectively run a business. I made a purchase many weeks ago, sent the items back to have a credit issued and to date, the credit has not been issued although was supposed to take 5-7 business days. It has now been more than 10 business days, items that I wanted to get are no longer available in my size and now the 40-90 % discount is no longer available because they keep dragging this out. So sad the people we keep in business treat us this way. If everyone would boycott this business, this young lad would certainly be out of a job. Perhaps I should contact my bank to have them credit my money back because you can never reach a live person and it seems that everyone receives the same general email. I am done with this company- will never order from them again and take my business to some of the other merchants who are reliable. This CEO is a hog. He takes everything in. There is no refund and you have to pay to send items back. This company is a Scam!
