Ordered a jumper on the 5th of December. On the website, during check out, it said 2-3 day shipping. I assumed that my order would have been delivered and received by the weekend. After 4 days I emailed asking for more information. It was then that I received full detail of the 7-10 days to PROCESS orders, and then they're shipped out. That was the first red flag. Days later I get an email saying my order had been shipped. It took 4 days total for me to receive it (not the 2-3 that I selected at checkout). That was the second red flag. Then my order didn't even include the jumper i ordered!1 just the bra adhesives. i email again about the error only to get a prewritten apology email stating that they received a lot of orders and blah blah since black Friday, so some things were out of stock. THAT INFORMATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS ON THE WEBSITE AND WAS ONLY GIVEN AFTER COMPLAINING. 3rd red flag. Now im waiting for my order to be refunded. I only tried shopping with them because my friend referred me, but never again. The lack of transparency and correct information was so subpar.

Ordered two pair of jeans from the Plus line and sooooo not plus sizes or true to size. I ordered 3X (20), which is a size up, just to be on the safe side and it was an EPIC FAIL! Upon taking it out the bag I could tell it wasn't a plus size. Attempted to try on anyway and it didn't even fit my leg/thigh. They reminded me of a low budge line of clothing line that you would find at Rainbow or DD's Discount. The size looked and fit like a Misses XL. I will never order again. Especially after reading their No Refund/Exchange policy. Purchase at your own risk.

I would never order from fashion nova again , I ordered my stuff over a month ago. They toook my money. I never received a confirmation number , tracking info or nothing. Everyone else is complaining as we’ll. I tried to email I only get automated responses. I called the number , it’s a machine no actual people. I wrote a comment on a post on their ig & they deleted my comment. This is THE WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever had. The WORST customer service in the world. I would NEVER shop there again. I just want my merchandise or my money back. That’s all. They don’t care about customers

I bought these pants for my boyfriend. He has literally only worn them twice. The first time the back belt loop stitching came completely undone. I gave fashion nova them the benefit of the doubt & figured okay maybe it was sowed incorrectly (so I resowed the loop back together). Well today he put them on and messaged me saying another belt loop sticking feel apart. Like really ???? Are you not making a knot at the end when your stitching these pants together or what?? Literally the sowing just unraveled. ( just in case someone thought it got pulled and broke, not the case... the thread is completely intact now just hanging from the end of the belt loop detached from the jeans. So disappointed all the hype social media gives for pants that fall apart after two wears.

They just lost a loyal customer. I have been waiting on my order. It will likely not arrive in time for Christmas. I am unable to speak with an actual person. I am beyond done!

I’ve been waiting 11 days for my stuff to be shipped out even though I picked 2-3 day shipping i haven’t got a Tracking Number I’ve emailed them 2-3 times I tried calling Fashion Nova “Customer Service” they don’t really have one ! NEVER AGAIN

I have ordered my item well over 2 weeks ag which I needed for an event. I never received item. You can not get in touch with a live person to speak about the shipment status. They do not send you any confirmation about they received your ordered. They are horrible. Now the same card I used to order has been compromised. I'm not saying they have anything to do with this but it's a funny coincidence that the card is being used in California and I live in MD and this all occurred after I ordered. All I will say is check your bank account transactions. Just terrible.

I ordered on 11/23/2018, and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent several emails with getting an auto reply, this was my 1st and last time ordering from this company... scam company

I ordered my stuff on December 3rd. They said it will be 2 days shipping. They finally shipped order on the December 12th and the tracking said I would receive it today. Now the tracking is saying I will receive it tomorrow. I will never do business with them again. I wish I could cancel and get my money back. I never waited this long for clothes even around holidays.

Seems like my complaint is just like everyone else’s. I’ve been s loyal FN customer and have been disslslnyed the last 3 times bc their customer service is ridiculous and shilling time takes way too long. If I ordered 12 items ehy ship me 7/12 with no explanation of why I didn’t receive all I ordered. That’s how they scam people and steal money. Then when I reach out numberous times, they tell me item was out of stock.. well that’s not what the website showed and neither did my bank account reflect that bc they were quick to take the money. It’s ridiculous and Inwknt lie for the most part I’ve been happy with fashion nova clothiers especially the jeans but I’m don’t guving them my. Money bc I work to hard to have to wait weeks and weeks for merchandise I should have been got! I know to many people that have complained and have missed out on vacation clothes and had to spend extra money bc FN didn’t come through on time as advertised and as expected once you pay for expedited shipping. I still was loyal and gave the benefit of doubt.. I’m done this time. Can’t wait to start my own clothing like so FN can be old news. IM reporting them as well bc I need my money back ASAP! They not gone keep playing with innocent hardworking people. And that card I b line ain’t even all that.. perfect example of how people/companies change once they start getting all that exposure an dealknf with celebs.. you reap what you sew!✌🏿☺️

I'm really disappointed with my shopping experience on the fashion nova website. I ordered ONE single item on Dec. 1st. Today is Dec. 13th and still no package. To say the least I haven't even recieved a shipping confirmation email. And as far as their customers service lets just say they have very little or no customer service. On their website it clearly states "in transit time does not include processing time of 3-5 business days; Standard domestic shipping 2-3 business days." In accordance to this statement I should have received my package on the 12th the latest date, and when I emailed them I received an email from Lisa Orellana stating that "The current processing time is now 7- 10 days." And their website STILL states 3-5 days!!!!! Fashion Nova really needs to update their website. And be honest with their customers. They literally ruined my whole weekend I needed this item for a special occasion I have coming up this weekend and now I have to spend extra money I don't have to replace that outfit. Thank you fashion nova for such a horrible shopping experience! You guys suck! You will never receive a dollar from me every again!

I placed an order, on november 29th, my order hasn’t even ship yet, I don’t need it anymore and they don’t want to cancel my order, they want to force to get a gift card to spend it on the store. Customer service it’s horrible, only email by the way, when you call it’s just an answering machine redirecting you to go to the website. On top of everything I have to pay the shipping back. It’s horrible!

You were very lucky if you even got your parcel. This company is an unbelievable scammer. I ordered a pair of jeans including shipping which was estimated one week. I haven’t received ANYTHING! I of course first called them a couple times and no answers. I contacted about refunding and of course exactly what I expected they refused because of their “policies”. I then sent two emails before ever getting a response. Which took a couple days even longer. And what they had explained to me is that I had put money on the order however the order is still “processing”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. HOW DOES ONE BLOODY PIECE OF JEANs Are STILL “PROCESSING”?!?!?!?!? I paid with my hardworking money for my jeans to come ASAP such as a week..... NOT A MONTH.. NOT A YEAR. NOW (as in the estimated date). So now I’m stuck. Because they have my money and my jeans!!! Which I had planned out very well to wear them for work when they were estimated a max of one week. I am very crossed😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 I have ordered sooo many products in my life online and I had never had this experience in my life.. ever! I will not be ordering from fashion nova again. Which is a shame...I was very interested in the famous well fitted jeans fashion nova had. But because of their “policies” now they have scammed my money and won’t give it back!!!!!!!! FASHIONOVA IS A JOKE. All they do is scam. Which is not for me. I really wished I read reviews before ever pressing order. Be careful BOYS AND GIRLS. Be smart and don’t get scammed. WARNING!!! Order at your own risk!!!!! When i placed my order i was promised 2 day shipping.. that was a month ago and I haven't received anything!!!! I've left at least ten e-mails And have not gotten a reply. Ontrac the company they use for shipping tells me fashion Nova made the shipping label on Dec 2nd but they have not received the package from Fashion Nova. It is now 12 days until Christmas and that package contained Christmas gifts for my son & Daughter. Tomorrow morning I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest you all do the same! I'm assuming they're too busy sending out merchandise to celebrities that endorse this company.. if you're not a celebrity you will have a bad experience!

Horrible . I don’t know where to start . I ordered a couple of pair of jeans for Black Friday and I’m just now receiving them. I got them all in the same size they were supposed to be spandex and don’t . When you try to call customer service your hardly ever speak to a live person .The shipping is so ridiculous. I know someone that ordered the same time I did and paid for two day shipping and still til the day hasn’t received her clothes . I’m at the point I won’t ever order anything from them .

I placed my order with 2-day shipping on 11/25/18 and it hasn’t shipped or updated since. Multiple attempts to email them after the processing time of 7-10 business days had passed and now I just receive automated emails saying to stop contacting them. I’ve attempted to outreach to them via phone by calling their contact number during their “open hours” and will be on hold waiting for 30 minutes before their automated system tells me their buisness hours then terminate the call- I’ve never been able to speak to an actual human representative!! I’ve never in my life had this much trouble receiving any information about an order! I spent almost $200 in dresses for events that have now passed! Reading other reviews are in the same boat as me, and now I’m terrified I will never receive my order or my refund. I know FN has been okay to people in the past but this Black Friday they really messed up and now will forever be a scam in my book. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER buy from this site. (Also I know for a fact FN has been planting positive reviews all around the internet as an attempt to clean up the mess they made and make their average rating better.) WE SEE YOU FN- you’re not fooling anyone.

2-day shipping a lie. Takes weeks sometimes months. Insanely rude customer service. Very dishonest fine print. If you saw a store advertising 2-day shipping would you expect that the normal processing time for your order is actually 7-10 business days - two weeks before it even ships - and that they are not even able to stick to that timeframe? If you're looking for clothing that will actually arrive so you can wear it, don't shop here. Period. Customer service is absolutely worthless - virtually unreachable and when you do hear from them they are unhelpful and rude. I finally got a response after my fifth unanswered email that was just a customer service person yelling in all caps "WE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER!" and not any actual info.
