Still haven’t received my items it’s been 20 days never will I order from here again

I ordered my items in mid November 2018. Fashion nova charged my credit card the day after I placed my order. I received my package about three weeks later. As I looked through my items, I noticed two things were missing. I immediately tried to contact fashion nova via phone. The phone number provided online sends you in circles. You push 1, 2 or 3 based on your needs, and it’ll send you to a message saying you need to call back during business hours. I WAS calling during business hours. It was frustrating, so I decided to email the company. They respond with a generic email immediately. All I want is my refund for the two items that they did not put in my order, however they charged my card for them. I SPENT $200! After weeks and weeks of me trying to reach someone, I finally get an email today saying “your items were delivered, check with your neighbors” It is infuriating because that is not why I am contacting fashion nova, I want my refund. I cannot get a hold of a human person on the phone, and the emails are going nowhere. They need to either for fill my order, or give me my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online through any company. It’s been over a month, since i ordered and I can’t get a straight answer regarding my money. I want my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online through any company. It’s been over a month, I don’t have my items, I don’t have my refund, and fashion nova will not respond. I highly recommend staying away from this company. I will never spend another dime here. I know I won’t put them out of business by keeping my money away from them, but for anyone who does research before ordering through this company, BEWARE!!! It’s like playing roulette, you never know what you’re going to get. They did not hesitate to take my money, but they are certainly hesitating to refund it, or provide me with what I ordered. Customer service is POOR!!

I am completely and underly disgusted with this company. I placed my order November 16th making it over a month already, and i still yet to receive any shipping information. This is the first time this has happened to me in regards to Fashion Nova. Half of my closet is literally filled with their clothing, and the one time i placed an order filled with gifts that i hoped to give, they want to take over a month? Possibly more who knows because to this day still no email. No nothing. I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of compassion and the inconsideration that fashion nova is showing not just to me, but to all of the people out there experiencing the same problem. To think i’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, when barely anyone knew what fashion nova even was? Nobody deserves this. 200 dollars down the drain. This is ridiculous.

I ordered from Fashion Nova 24 days ago and y’all took the money out right then and I was really excited to get theses gifts for my daughter but as the day continued to pass by and still no tracking number and nothing being mailed out I was getting really discouraged and I sent a couple of emails trying to figure out what was going on and I would get a response that they were working on it and then about a week after that email I got one saying that if they couldn’t get the order sent out in time the would just refund my money but I didn’t want a fund I wanted my product since I already waited for 20+ days and then I get a email today telling me that my money will be refunded back to me and that my order was canceled so I called and spoke to someone and told them that I have been waiting for 24 days and that I wanted the product not a refund and that I wanted to know why they refunded me the money and she tells me that they had to refund me the money because my bank stopped it and I’m like no you took the money out like 24 days ago and it went through and she tries to tell me that it was my banks fault and that it will take up to 7/10 business days for me to get my money back but it I want to reorder it I can but I won’t get the discount that I got on Black Friday and that I still won’t get it before Christmas and I’m like this makes no sense. So I call my bank and make sure they didn’t do anything to cause this and they said the same thing I did that y’all took the money out 24 days ago and it went through and they haven’t done anything to cause it cancel.i don’t understand why you would conduct your business like this and now my daughter will not get the three things I order from you because y’all messed up NOT MY BANK. You actually think I would order something again before I get my refund back so I will be spending even more money with you guys and I’m supposedly going to trust that y’all will follow through this time and get my order to me I think not. I’m really disappointed that you would do this to a customer and to my daughter. I tried calling to talk to someone else about what my bank said see if you would make it right but could never get through. My order # Sent from my iPhone

This company is ran by con artist that love to RIP ppl off do not order from this company unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off. Ordered a dress n bra and never recieved my dress only bra and when I emailed them they responded with our records indicated you recieved your package to check with neighbors n fam members. No I did not recieve both packages only 1 but they didnt hesitate to take my money without giving me my merchandise. What a joke of a company, never trust celebs ppl they get paid to lie. This company should be shut down for fraud.

Horrible!! If i could give one star I would. I ordered some jeans and they never arrived. After about 2 weeks I emailed the company and they replied with oops we are out of stock we will send a refund.. it has been over a month and i still have yet to receive any kind of refund.

Terrible terrible terrible. 3 YEARS in a row I have had issues with this company. Do not believe their shipping times. I have not had a new years eve dress three years in a row now... never ever ordering from them again. Automated reply for many of my emails. This is awful..Who can look into suuing?

Hello ladies that have been ripped off by fashionnova and not refunded money you spent on a item that you didn't get or returned, or if it wasn't what you ordered, ect. Fashionnova is a scam and complete liars especially when it comes to customer service!!! Anyone that has been ripped off by this site or has ordered something and it was wrong or it wasn't the right size and then if you try to return it and they say, they never did received it back... Listen up ladies this is important, I have talked to several different attorneys about this and this is going to turn out to be a class action lawsuit against fashion Nova there is enough proof and evidence to go ahead with it!! If you have purchased anything and have your receipt please keep it and do not throw it away, if you receive something that is not what you ordered or is the wrong size do not return it keep everything in your property as proof !! This company has been scamming their shoppers long enough and it's time to put a stop to it.!! No one should ever have to deal with all the nonsense that comes along with ordering anything from this company point blank period.

I’ve ordered from fashion nova quite a few times but this last time was an absolute disaster! I returned both items in my order to them because NEITHER of them were good quality nor did they look ANYTHING like the pictures on the website after they took over 3 weeks to ship them to me. . All together both items cost me $50 plus the $9 shipping I payed to ship them back and now fashion nova is saying they never received my items. When I had tracked them and they had been delivered but becasue it was over A MONTH AND A HALF ago that I have been waiting and in that time the receipt got lost they refuse to give me a refund. This company has HORRIBLE customer and does not care for their customers. Their quality is not good either, I suggest taking your business elsewhere!!

Ive ordered several times in the past with no problem. This last time I ordered and did not receive my items for a month. During that time they kept sending me emails saying all of my items were being held for me but they were moving to a different location. Eventually, i got my items but... not all of them. I got 2 of the items and an email saying I would be getting a refund within 24hrs. I never got the refund and contacted them several times but still no refund. Im just glad I ordered with my PayPal because I was able to dispute it. They still have not answered their emails either.

I’ve ordered a few times but never returned an item. The item didn’t fit right and the seams were messed up on the top I bought. So I shipped it back. They shipped it back to me and I had to place shipping for them shipping it back to me. There clothes are cheap quality and I would never buy again!

I ordered 3 times now for my daughter. On the first order, they short shipped by $55 and we had to get a gift card. The problem was that I would have to order a second time to be able to use it on a third order!! We ordered during the Black Friday sale and the order was confirmed. My daughter asked me to buy again a couple more items a couple days later. At this point I used the gift card. 2 days later The first was cancelled and refunded in full. Then the second order cancelled and we were told we would be fully refunded. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing! I feel robbed. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!! BEWARE!! Zero customer service and they don’t honor anything they say! Shitty place to shop. Just DONT !

This is the worst store ever. They never answer the phone. I got clothes with home from them and they won’t answer the phone. Never buying from this sore again. Never answered none of my emails. I’m so mad

They dont respond to emails after they take your money and never send your things. I will be writing reviews all day everyday until I get my refund in my bank account, dont nobody want that damn store credit after going through all of this mess. They played all of us and I'm kinda shocked. I shouldnt have to pay for their mistakes.

Do not order from them you will not get your things in the time that you requested. They are ripping people off and they will not respond to your emails at all. And then they will not refund you your money after they messed up, Who does that. So I have to pay for your mistake no refund me my money.

Fuckin sucks! They take your money and then go missing. I emailed saying I was disputed the charge because of the lack of communication and of course never receiving my package and guess what they tried to send it out after two weeks of me emailing and canceling the order before they even touched it. How do they think this is right, doing people like this is messed up especially loyal ones but I'll never go through this again. I missed my Christmas party because of them and do they care, hell no they dont. I'm getting my money back because of bad business. They did not do their part and keeping their promise with delivering in 2 days so I shouldnt have to keep anything or let them have my money. And no I dont want no damn store credit so that I can go through this AGAIN no I rather not waste my time with them anymore. It's crazy how many people are having the exact same issues and they thought it would be ok to take the money and then tell us after that it's going to be delayed, oh we're moving, oh cardi b collection came out. Like stooooop! Save that for somebody else. I paid to get what I want when I want it not for u to give it to me when they want to and not give me my money back after I canceled it weeks before it left the building. This is a joke!

First, they took TWO WEEKS to process my order! Only When I asked about it, did they send anything out! And all I got back were boilerplate emails! THEN they sent me an email saying my order was complete when it wasn’t. When I asked about the remaining article, THREE days later I get an email saying it was sold out! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Oh, and did I mention horribly made products also?

Placed and order on December 2nd and still have not received any information on Shipping. I emailed customer service and they said to allow 7-10 days before receiving a tracking number and 3 days after that for the package to be delivered. Here it is 15 days later and I still have no information on my package.
