“I had 2 day shipping and 4 days after my package was shipped I still HAVEN'T received my package. This is ridiculous. This is now the second time I am having issues with your company & processing procedures. I'll go on the recod and state that I will no longer be using this company. They used to have items out and delivered within a week and its getting slower and slower. Needless to say, this will be the second time I dont have my purchase for an event. And to think they only give out are gift cards when in fact its your company that is slacking. Trying to receive my gift card was even a hassle. I had to email them over 5 times for them to pretended as if they never received the return package. When in fact it had arrived a week prior. They have gotten big headed because a celebrity launch her clothing line but must of forgot about their loyal customers. I will contact my bank to issue a full refund. I don't want no gift card.”

“I ordered a pair of jeans on the 8th of November and received them less than a week later. The jeans were too small so I returned them (YOU are responsible for shipping) they only send refunds through an email to use as store credit. I never recieved am email. I sent multiple emails to ask why I haven't recieved an email and no response. You cannot contact anyone directly through their customer service number. How convenient. So I spent over 30$ paying for the jeans and shipping and have no jeans. Don't purchase from this site.”

“This is my first time ordering from fashionnova and its gonna be the last for sure I’ve been waiting for my order more than 2weeks now n they claimed it’s gonna be 2days such poor customer service they don’t even provide a trucking number I’m very frustrated and I’m gonna make all my friends n family stop order from them here in the us n so many other contries cz seriously ur the worst website to order from 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

“Ordered items and paid extra shipping for my daughter’s homecoming. We received the items several days later than the expected date. Emailed the company several times. Finally got the response couple weeks later. I had to pay the shipping for returning items even though it was not my responsibility. This company does not care about customers at ALL. They will only give you store credit for returning items. So frustrated. I will never recommend this company. My daughter’s friend had the same experience.”

“Placed an $84 order (used a coupon) for 1 jacket, 2 shirts, 2 pair of earrings back on November 17th. Got free 2 day shipping. Items took FOREVER to update from PROCESSING to SHIPPED. I contacted customer service which was no help whatsoever. He finally emailed me and let me know that it shipped and I was like YAYYYYY - until today November 28th - when my package arrived. They did not send the $69 jacket that I ordered! Not only did I have to wait for 11 days to get my items, but they just don't send the most expensive item in the order? But surely took my money. Not even a courtesy email to let me know it will not be coming or they will issue a refund. I would NOT be ordering from them again. I ordered from BOOHOO in the UK and even THEY stand by their shipping and customer service methods - they email you and issue a refund right away if something you ordered isn't in stock. I can live with that. But this. . . .JEEZUS NO.”

“Step 1) have a limited time coupon Step 2) get 4 items rather than just the first 2 you wanted to get free shipping Step 4) have 2 day shipping and items dont ship till 8 days later Step 5) get told that you will not be getting the first 2 items you ordered but only the 2 items you added for free shipping Step 6) try to get a hold of someone on their customer service line (during their business hours) to say you no longer want the items and just want a refund Step 7) wait 40 mins on hold to get hung up on by an automated message Step 8) ??? “My one and only experience with Fashion Nova has been far from satisfactory. I tried to cancel my order just about 5-10 minutes after I placed it because I went back, looked at the size chart, and realized I ordered 2 items (both bra and panty sets, which they don't take returns on) that would be to small. Their sizing is weird on their website, bra and panty sets are listed as small, medium and large, not by cup size, which I thought was odd. After going back I saw the large size would be a 36C bra, I wear a 38DD so I wanted to hopefully switch sizes or cancel if need be. I emailed coustomer service (which is a joke, you receive back this long generic message, Hey Nova babe!!! Thanks your your loyalty, blah blah blah. Even tho this is my first and only time shopping with them) they told me in the email that they can't change the size of an order once it has been placed. I emailed them back requesting to cancel my order (again) and they email me back a couple days later asking, are you positive you want to cancel your order, I replied yes please cancel my order. Now I understand they were trying to stall this process, because once the order reaches their distribution center it can't be cancelled. So now I'm stuck with 2 sets that don't fit, and look much cheaper than the picture online, and I can't return them. I wish they would have just cancelled my order day one like I requested in the first place. When I received my order, I was missing a pair of tights. I emailed them back to ask them about it and they told me their distribution center was short items and that they had refunded the tights before they mailed my package.. no they did not the pice on my bank statement says the same as what was changed online I have not received any refund from them. I tried to call their 1 800 number and I'm still on hold the entire time I've written this review (about 20 minutes) not sure If anyone is even on the other side of the phone. Horrible coustomer service. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop with this company.”

“I am never shopping with fashion nova ever again!! They charge you for things you ordered but don’t deliver!! I had to contact my bank and US mail, they told me they’ve heard nothing but bad things about fashion nova, they lost a good customer, and oh yes forget about trying to verbally contact them!! They don’t excite they send automated emails and do not email you about your missing orders”

“Clothing is cute, but very cheaply made, and usually not well fitting, no matter how well you follow their size charts. On several occasions I have received items in sizes different than what I had ordered. This past order, they did not send one of my items, and completely omitted it from my order invoice, WITHOUT REFUNDING me for the missing item. If I hadn’t noticed, they would have simply stolen my money. (I am still currently waiting for them to fix their mistake.) Not to mention that a friend of mine once waited over a month for ONE CLOTHING ITEM to be delivered without receiving any explanation.”

“There was issues with the carrier delivering my package in early August so it was returned to sender. It is now end of November and I am still waiting for my store credit. I am getting very frustrated because the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Not giving me any explanation to why it’s taking so long and sending me automated email that have nothing to do with my problem. I emailed them again asking why I haven’t gotten my credit and they sent me an automated email blaming it on Black Friday sales.... how if this has been going on for several months! Horrible service will NEVER recommend!”

“I ordered 11 items and it took about 6 days on a 2 day shipping!! When it was delivered it was only 1 item in the package, when I reached out to fashion nova they said they sold out of the stuff! My thing is why didn’t you tell me this before taking my money and making me wait for the stuff to get here and if I didn’t contact them they would’ve have said anything to me! Today is Saturday and I’m leaving the country Tuesday so I barely have time to get stuff! I will never shop with them again!!”
