Do not I repeat do not order from them 👌 they took my money and it's been over a month and nothing has been shipped .... they put out fake reviews and pay people to make videos on YouTube like everything is great with them....dont gamble your money with this company you will regret it .....facts it's a scam

My one and only experience with Fashion Nova has been far from satisfactory. I tried to cancel my order just about 5-10 minutes after I placed it because I went back, looked at the size chart, and realized I ordered 2 items (both bra and panty sets, which they don't take returns on) that would be to small. Their sizing is weird on their website, bra and panty sets are listed as small, medium and large, not by cup size, which I thought was odd. After going back I saw the large size would be a 36C bra, I wear a 38DD so I wanted to hopefully switch sizes or cancel if need be. I emailed coustomer service (which is a joke, you receive back this long generic message, Hey Nova babe!!! Thanks your your loyalty, blah blah blah. Even tho this is my first and only time shopping with them) they told me in the email that they can't change the size of an order once it has been placed. I emailed them back requesting to cancel my order (again) and they email me back a couple days later asking, are you positive you want to cancel your order, I replied yes please cancel my order. Now I understand they were trying to stall this process, because once the order reaches their distribution center it can't be cancelled. So now I'm stuck with 2 sets that don't fit, and look much cheaper than the picture online, and I can't return them. I wish they would have just cancelled my order day one like I requested in the first place. When I received my order, I was missing a pair of tights. I emailed them back to ask them about it and they told me their distribution center was short items and that they had refunded the tights before they mailed my package.. no they did not the pice on my bank statement says the same as what was changed online I have not received any refund from them. I tried to call their 1 800 number and I'm still on hold the entire time I've written this review (about 20 minutes) not sure If anyone is even on the other side of the phone. Horrible coustomer service. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop with this company.

I am never shopping with fashion nova ever again!! They charge you for things you ordered but don’t deliver!! I had to contact my bank and US mail, they told me they’ve heard nothing but bad things about fashion nova, they lost a good customer, and oh yes forget about trying to verbally contact them!! They don’t excite they send automated emails and do not email you about your missing orders

I ordered 15 items on 10/20/18 and until now it has not been delivered. I have sent several emails and I still haven’t received them. I needed them for a birthday since 10/26/18. I did not attend the party because Of Fashion nova. Please send my orders ASAP. Also their customer services sucks

I don’t like fashion nova ! I ordered heals and a dress and only my heals got delivered to my house ! Waste of money .. they still haven’t sent my dress out... I won’t order again!

Clothing is cute, but very cheaply made, and usually not well fitting, no matter how well you follow their size charts. On several occasions I have received items in sizes different than what I had ordered. This past order, they did not send one of my items, and completely omitted it from my order invoice, WITHOUT REFUNDING me for the missing item. If I hadn’t noticed, they would have simply stolen my money. (I am still currently waiting for them to fix their mistake.) Not to mention that a friend of mine once waited over a month for ONE CLOTHING ITEM to be delivered without receiving any explanation.

There was issues with the carrier delivering my package in early August so it was returned to sender. It is now end of November and I am still waiting for my store credit. I am getting very frustrated because the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Not giving me any explanation to why it’s taking so long and sending me automated email that have nothing to do with my problem. I emailed them again asking why I haven’t gotten my credit and they sent me an automated email blaming it on Black Friday sales.... how if this has been going on for several months! Horrible service will NEVER recommend!

I ordered 11 items and it took about 6 days on a 2 day shipping!! When it was delivered it was only 1 item in the package, when I reached out to fashion nova they said they sold out of the stuff! My thing is why didn’t you tell me this before taking my money and making me wait for the stuff to get here and if I didn’t contact them they would’ve have said anything to me! Today is Saturday and I’m leaving the country Tuesday so I barely have time to get stuff! I will never shop with them again!!

i ordered my items a month ago, i finally received them after several weeks of going back and forth with customer service. I am missing 3 out of the 12 items purchased. and received an item that i didnt order and will never use .

I ordered two items a month ago and turns out there was a delay because they were moving to a different facility. They didn't even email me that there would be this delay, I had to figure it out with tiny text at the bottom of my order page. I wish I could refund it, but they only give you a refund in terms of a fashion nova gift card. I really would not like to buy again from here so I have no idea what to do with the money I wasted :( .

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I purchased and PAID for a denim jacket on November 12th and my order still says unfulfilled. I called customer service, that's a waste of time. You cannot speak to a representative (apparently they don't exist). Everything is automated. I sent 3 emails inquiring about the status of my order and all I got was an automated email. At this point they leave me no choice but to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed. I will not be ordering from FN again. HORRIBLE customer service. I would love to give a lower rating than one start but that's not possible.

I've had multiple issues with Fashionnova and at this point I refuse to order any more merchandise from them. My recommendations.. do not order any products that are low in inventory. By the time they process your order, the product will be gone and they will be sending you a gift card for store credit instead of a refund. Secondly, do not order any merchandise and expect it to be delivered quickly. I ordered my birthday outfit friday morning and it still has not even been processed or shipped and its Tuesday. I now have to go to the store and buy another outfit and won't even receive a refund for this outfit that I will never even wear.. I'M EXTREMELY UPSET because I repeatedly have had bad experiences with them and I guess I still have not learned my lesson.

I ordered four items on November 3rd and received part of my order today, November 19. I only got three out of the four items and no explanation for the missing item. I just sent them an email and got an automated response, and after reading so many bad reviews, I can only imagine I'm never getting that fourth item or my money back. I'm never purchasing anything from this store again. Terrible customer service and the clothes are not even good quality.

What DIDNT go wrong ?!!? They are dishonest and they are thieves. They won’t refund you money or give you credit on anything , if you send items back CUNY yourself OUT. I have seen numerous reviews and complaints on this company. This will catch up with them. In time. And they will be run out of business.

I would like to begin by saying this is my first experience with this company and my last! Love the selection, but customer service & order execution is a FAIL. 1. They will charge your card the FULL AMOUNT of your order BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED ! Other companies charge you once the item is shipped! 2. NO REFUNDS. Only Store Credit 3. NO Live customer service. 4. Never Received My FULL ORDER -it's been Over a Month! and They Refuse to Cancel the items they didn't ship either! So basically they have my money AND the ITEMS! 5. NO Notice as to WHEN the Missing items will be sent out! 6. My original shipment was delayed for weeks – I had to resort to emailing them to get to the bottom of the delay. They emailed back and said I could have a discount ‘on my next order’ for this inconvenience. However, I asked it to be applied to this order. They did - but applied it to ITEMS THEY NEVER SHIPPED. 8. The Partial Shipment of Items they DID send, arrived in a torn box, sagging at one end and full of holes on another side. Not the most professional presentation once I opened it either. 5. Zero notification as to why items were excluded from my shipment. 4. Packing Slip has different “REASON CODES” than their online Return Form. I already filled out the codes on the Packing Slip as I tried items on. ( Will the Packing Slip with the Return Codes listed suffice? If they devise an excuse to not credit me the requried amount of the items returned I'll make another post.) I asked PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM MY ORDER a month ago! They said they can't cancel items they didn't ship yet!! ?? Selection is great- but myriad other companies out there with great selection that HAVE better return policies, customer service you can speak with, better shipping times, and order fulfilment. Once my 'Store Credit' runs out - that is the last I'll deal with them. NOT a RETURN CUSTOMER

If I could give them a negative review I would. I placed an order on October 23rd and are yet to receive a tracking number. I've called and emailed several times and all they tell me is to allow another week for processing since they are going through a warehouse expansion. OK? I agreed to proceed with the purchase when it stated it would delay 3-7 business days. How can they promote "Free overnight Shipping" when they can't ship an order that was placed almost a month ago? Ridiculous and worst customer service ever. I Just want what I paid for.

Let’s start off by saying all of their clothes are way to small and I’m not even big. Only way to return, you have to PAY FOR RETURNS. Secondly I ordered something on October 31st and it’s the 17th of November, still nothing. I sent 9 request to see where my order is and it took them 3 days each request to reply a general message. The tracking number still says my order has not been shipped. And after all that time half of my outfit in the order they told me was sold out. They haven’t accommodated me at all through this horrible experience and I will never order from them again! Regardless if they are at their new center, they are beyond unprofessional!

Fashion Nova has to be one of THE WORST online clothing companies I've ever dealt with. They have great clothing items, but their customer service is GARBAGE. I made an order on October 18th, never received my order and then was issued a refund on November 2nd that I still have never received. I have tried reaching them via phone several times, have left messages and sent e-mails to no avail. They have over $100 of my money that was supposed to be refunded. They said I would get it in 7-10 business days. I haven't seen anything, and the 10 business days have passed. Someone needs to blow up their headquarters and their distribution center.
