“I ordered an dress and necklace through FashionNova during the cyber Monday sale. It’s been 14 days and I haven’t recived a tacking number or anything. They are also deleting and hiding instagram comments discussing this issue.”

“$97 stolen from my account from Fashion Nova unauthorized purchases. The $2 tights and cheap material isn't worth it! Not all items are fashion Nova not all items are made in the United States they just come from a whole bunch of different wholesale shops and shipped out of fashion Nova obviously. I want my account refunded what was stolen from me.”

“Fashion nova sucks for me because they promote fast shipping I ordered two orders the same day that the last ordered I ordered came first still waiting on anther order that I ordered two weeks ago they’re not responsive with giving out tracking numbers and letting the customer know what’s going on they get offended if you double email them when they don’t respond to you days on in fashion over just sucks and I got my order and button broke the boots are tight and don’t fit me it is a whole bunch of dumb people fashion nova could’ve done better I JUST would never ever buy anything from them ever again WORST CLOTHING LINE TO PROMOTE BULL”

“Ordered 9 items with using cyber Monday coupon code on 11/27/2018, order confirmed only to receive email 12/3/2018 to say refund has been processed. I did not request a refund!!! Checked the site which implies that if this were to happen it would mean that a particular item was sold out, but could every item from order be sold out or does fashion nova simply refuse to finalize sale because of discount which was applied. Would never shop with them again.”

“I had 2 day shipping and 4 days after my package was shipped I still HAVEN'T received my package. This is ridiculous. This is now the second time I am having issues with your company & processing procedures. I'll go on the recod and state that I will no longer be using this company. They used to have items out and delivered within a week and its getting slower and slower. Needless to say, this will be the second time I dont have my purchase for an event. And to think they only give out are gift cards when in fact its your company that is slacking. Trying to receive my gift card was even a hassle. I had to email them over 5 times for them to pretended as if they never received the return package. When in fact it had arrived a week prior. They have gotten big headed because a celebrity launch her clothing line but must of forgot about their loyal customers. I will contact my bank to issue a full refund. I don't want no gift card.”

“I ordered a pair of jeans on the 8th of November and received them less than a week later. The jeans were too small so I returned them (YOU are responsible for shipping) they only send refunds through an email to use as store credit. I never recieved am email. I sent multiple emails to ask why I haven't recieved an email and no response. You cannot contact anyone directly through their customer service number. How convenient. So I spent over 30$ paying for the jeans and shipping and have no jeans. Don't purchase from this site.”

“Ordered items and paid extra shipping for my daughter’s homecoming. We received the items several days later than the expected date. Emailed the company several times. Finally got the response couple weeks later. I had to pay the shipping for returning items even though it was not my responsibility. This company does not care about customers at ALL. They will only give you store credit for returning items. So frustrated. I will never recommend this company. My daughter’s friend had the same experience.”

“Placed an $84 order (used a coupon) for 1 jacket, 2 shirts, 2 pair of earrings back on November 17th. Got free 2 day shipping. Items took FOREVER to update from PROCESSING to SHIPPED. I contacted customer service which was no help whatsoever. He finally emailed me and let me know that it shipped and I was like YAYYYYY - until today November 28th - when my package arrived. They did not send the $69 jacket that I ordered! Not only did I have to wait for 11 days to get my items, but they just don't send the most expensive item in the order? But surely took my money. Not even a courtesy email to let me know it will not be coming or they will issue a refund. I would NOT be ordering from them again. I ordered from BOOHOO in the UK and even THEY stand by their shipping and customer service methods - they email you and issue a refund right away if something you ordered isn't in stock. I can live with that. But this. . . .JEEZUS NO.”

“Step 1) have a limited time coupon Step 2) get 4 items rather than just the first 2 you wanted to get free shipping Step 4) have 2 day shipping and items dont ship till 8 days later Step 5) get told that you will not be getting the first 2 items you ordered but only the 2 items you added for free shipping Step 6) try to get a hold of someone on their customer service line (during their business hours) to say you no longer want the items and just want a refund Step 7) wait 40 mins on hold to get hung up on by an automated message Step 8) ???
