“I placed a large order before Christmas. My package was delivered when I was out of town. When I came back, there was missing items. I reach out to Fashion nova via email, and they basically said since I didn't report missing items within 2 days of receiving my order, they would not be able to refund me for the items they never sent. I order a lot from Fashion Nova. Since this happened I will NEVER order from them again. They Stole my money.”

“WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! THEY NEVER SENT MY ITEMS TO ME AND NOW WILL ONLY ISSUE ME A STORE CREDIT AND NOT MY MONEY BACK. I SENT THEM MY RECEIPT AS WELL AS MY PACKING SLIP, THEY FIRST SENT A E MAIL STATING THEY WILL GIVE ME A REFUND TO THE SAME CARD I USED. STILL THEY SENT ME E GIFT CARD INSTEAD!!!! I HAVE GONE BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM AND THEY STILL WON'T ISSUE A REFUND. I DON'T WANT THE CARD NOR WILL I USE IT! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! THE FACT THAT WE CAN NEVER TALK TO ANYONE IS A DEAD GIVE AWAY THAT THEY ARE SHADY! THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES ON THE PLANET THAT SELLS CLOTHES. THE SIZING ISN'T ACCURATE AND THE SHIPPING TIME IS RIDICULOUS!!! IF I HAVE TO HIRE A ATTORNEY JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK I SWEAR I WILL. IT'S JUST THE PRINCIPLE! “Sent back two shirts on Dec 28, 2018 company claims they have no record of my return still til this day going back and forth with them by email to get my refund tracking show they had recived my items. I miss placed my return receipt from the post office they want a pic of it in order for me to get a refund so now I am dealing with the post office to try and get a copy of it worst experience of my life with this company its $33.98 by they way this company is you would think I was trying to get a thousand dollars it’s so rediculous do not buy from this company there sizing is not consistent and if you do and have to return stuff make sure you keep you post office return receipt with a tracking number this company is awful and it’s seem from these reviews this is there motive they claim they have no records of people’s returns”

“I would give a zero star if they had it. But I had bought a pair of heels for my wife. Shipping went well. Got them and she was pretty excited to get them. She didnt wear them for about two weeks. But the first day she wore them. The bottom of the heel broke off. Tried to contact them and they didn't want to do nothing about it since i had only 48 hours to return aint that some bs..Well i Will never buy there cheap heels again. They should be selling there heels at the dollar tree or something. Not worth the the money”

“I will never order from Fashion Nova because this never happens to me and I still have yet to receive my package from Black Friday and it took them Longer than A month to get my cyber Monday package out, I never received it. And I barely got a refund… They did not give me my full refund which included shipping and handling and the California State tax.”

“I have ordered several pieces from Fashion Nova. I am usually a Medium but I always order a size up when I order online. So i usually get a Large when ordering from Fashion Nova. Almost all of my pieces come on time and are great quality. I've ordered shorts, dresses, jackets, skirts, matching sets, and sunglasses (never jeans, only because I have to try my jeans on before I purchase). At times I do receive a package later than expected but when that happens they always send me a 30% discount along with free shipping for my next order. The only problem I have ever had with their site is when they run out of an item I want and I have to wait on an alert to get it. great site, great store, happy customer.”

“I purchased items from this company in past and the quality was mediocre, But my experiences got worse after October. I ordered items in October. I didn't receive my order until December and then I only received half of my order. I have attempted to call and email them about the remainder of my order, but no one answers the phone or responds to emails. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!”

“The Fashionnova site is full of fake reviews--all giving it 5 stars. If you have a complaint you get emails from what seems to be a 'bot' who calls you 'dear' over and over and uses lots of exclamation marks. Either a bot or a very sarcastic person. My first jeans were nice, but I bought exactly the same jeans a second time and the cut was completely different. They look ridiculous.”

“Save your self the stress! I ordered a dress i needed for an event and paid for 2 day shipping. Three weeks later after all the emailing they told me they where busy shipping Cardi B collection. Well guess what....you lost a faithful customer that you took over 3 wks to get a dress to that was paid for 2 day shipping. They are money hungry and don't care about their customers. By the way i argued for my refund they said no refunds.....Never Again!”

“First, after two weeks and getting nothing, I contacted them and got half my order a week later! They sent me an email saying my order was complete, and when I asked where the other half was, days went by before they said it was out of stock!! THEN, two weeks later I asked where my refund was, and they said ANOTHER mix up occured and it would take another week!!! Not until I threatened to call my credit card did I get a refund. The WORST!!!!!”

This is an honest review and I hope this helps other customers shop better and make the right choice. I purchased two dresses for New Year’s Eve on fashion nova. I purchased two dresses for New Year’s Eve on Fashion Nova. I received a discount code for two day free shipping. After I made my purchase I was told that I will not be getting my items in two days. They told me there was a handling time so I will get it on New Year’s Eve I made my purchase on the 28 I received a discount code for two day free shipping. After I made my purchase I was told that I will not be getting my items in two days. They told me there was a handling time so I will get it on New Year’s Eve I made my purchase on the 27th and I needed the two dresses on the 30th. I called them up and I asked them if I can pay more money for extra fast shipping because they told me after I made my purchase that I will not be getting it on time. They told me that I could not add extra shipping. So I waited for my outfits which never came on 30th of December. They sent me my tracking number which I tracked every single day. Once the two dresses were out for delivery it started telling me that they were sending it to Puerto Rico. Now mind you I am in New York and the company fashion nova is in California. To me why in the world would package from California go to Puerto Rico then come to New York when I am closer to California. I received my package on 6th of January and now I’m trying to return these items back to the company which they are giving me a hard time to do. The dresses came damage as well. They also tried telling me that I have to pay for the return shipping after it was delivered beyond late. Completely Unacceptable.. BEWARE!!!”

“I ordered some dresses from Fashion Nova a month and a half ago, with the intention of wearing them to Christmas/New Year's parties. They guaranteed delivery within 5 to 8 business days - more like 5 to 8 months?! I still have not received my order, and when I contacted Fashion Nova asking them to cancel my order and provide a refund - since the occasion has passed and I'm leaving Canada soon - they refused to assist me in any way, denying responsibility. Don't waste your time and money.”

“Please Save your self a Headache, Clothes are nice but if you happen to have any issues or have to return an item for whatever reason be ready to struggle to death before you get credit back, I had sent few items back and Always have the same Issues to get my $ Or even a credit store Back I provided my Tracking Order # after waiting for weeks!! and they ask for also a receipt like they are going to pay you back When they don't even offer that or free Returns at all !! I sent a screen shot showing my items were received long time ago and they keep asking me to go back to the postal service office to get a copy of my Receipt ???Sounds more like excuses to keep your money. As a customer if you are returning an item with all the info we shouldn't have to be going thru all this and the only way to communicate with them is my e mail I finally Learn My lesson never Buying from this website again!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”
