“The quality of the clothes were absolutely horrible, the sizes were not right and it took almost 3 weeks to get the clothes. Fashion nova is a scam, cheap made clothes for high prices. They are overrated because of the Celebrity endorsements. I will not order from them again due to quality.”

“DON'T BUY!!! It's a SCAM!!!! I placed an order om 12/05 hoping I would get it before Xmas. After my few emails they answered they had been overwhelmed by the number of orders on Cardi B collection. Great but it's not my problem! On December 11 I got an email that my order had been refunded even though I never asked for it!!! Today is 11/27 and still no money on my account. Screw you, FASHIONNOVA! I will never buy anything from you ! The worst online shop ever! You ruined my Xmas gift, took my money and didn't send the order! Terrible!”

“I ordered 2 gift cards from Fashion Nova and only received one ecard. I emailed 4 times and AmazonPay emailed twice with no response. They sent me the other giftcard a week later with no explanation and no apology. I will not be buying anything else. I know that they don't care because they have so many people buying from them. However, with so many bad reviews, their bad customer service will come to light.”

“Basically if your package never gets to you, you're on your own. It says my package was delivered December 5th, but there was nothing recieved. The neighbors didnt get anything either for me. I sent them an email.. no reply. I would go on to send them 3 more emails before they would reply 3 weeks later telling me they aren't going to help me in any way. Once it says the package is delivered, it's out of their hands. They told me I should file a claim with usps... 3 weeks after the fact in which time they wouldn't even reply to me. No problem! Make a charge back on my card and never order from then again.”

“I’ve order from them a few times I got what I ordered. This tome I ordered and didn’t get anything I ordered, it took 11 days to get a refund from them. I placed my order December 15,2018, got a refund December 26,2018. All because they said that everything was out of stock!!!!!! I’m like how can it be out of stock when it says online that it’s in stock. Not to mention I only get an answer after I’ve had to call them after I reordered what I had originally ordered the first time😡😡😡😡. The items was a Christmas gift for my daughter that has autism as well so just imagine how she reacted when she didn’t see her clothes that she picked out😡😡😡😡😡😡”

“If I could give 0 stars I would,I ordered two jeans a jacket and a shirt I haven’t received my 2and pair of jeans and it’s been a month I emailed customer(their only way of contact ) service 5 TIMESand still no response.They charged my credit card and I never received all my merchandise this is RIDICULOUS”

“Shipping is terrible. Ordered a jacket and of course was charged right away. I had a code I used for 1 day shipping. 3 days later and still not shipped. I get an email saying they are experiencing delays yet expect to ship my item out in 3 days. Over a week later they say the item can’t be shipped and that they have to issue me a refund. How can you not ship a package? It’s literally what your company is supposed to do. I will not shop here anymore”

“Don't buy from this company. They take your money, but don't send the merchandise. I placed 3 orders back to back only received 1 out of 3. Read reviews online. Check out complaints on Better Business Bureau. They delete all of my comments on Facebook instead of responding and making things right. Thieves!!!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 10 items on black Friday and the following day I ordered 2 more items. They didn't even start processing my order until 2 weeks later. When I finally did receive my order, it was the second order I placed for the two items. I received the order that I placed second.. before the first order of 10. The two item were perfect but when I finally got my first order of 10... THERE WERE ONLY 8 ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE!!! So I emailed Fashion Nova, since you can not call them... They finally responded three days later letting me know that the 2 items I did not receive were out of stock...(why wouldn't you say that before charging me) and that they were going to give me a refund, and I should see the refund within 5-7 business days (weird but okay) SIDE NOTE: When I sent them the email I sent the a picture of the 10 items I ordered and then the package label which only shows 8 items. Now it is DECEMBER 24th and they are just now emailing me back asking for the pictures of the packaging label showing that I did not receive them and then they will work on processing an email. MIND YOU THEY SAID ALREADY THAT THEY WERE ALREADY PROCESSING MY FREAKING REFUND! I would let them keep this money to donate ..to pay for better customer reps but they got celebrities endorsing this dumb company. It's like all the plastic from their bodies went to their brain. HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!”

“Do not order anything online. You will never receive it. I placed an order on Nov 13th for New Years. I just canceled my order on Dec the 17th b/c I knew I wasn't getting it before New Years. The only good thing about that site is I did receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. If you want something from Fashionnva go to Amazon. I found the same jumpsuit for cheaper and it came in 3 to 4 days.”

“Everything you read here is true, I ordered on November 21st and it’s Dec 24th, almost 300 dollars worth of clothes and still no shipping, no refund. Emailed countless times and nothing proactive, don’t even bother calling. They are thieves and deserve to be shut down. Please please save your coins and use it in another shop. Fashionnova is a scam, tactless and unprofessional. I regret ever trying to buy their clothings.”

“I placed an order on 11/15/18 and today 12/23/18 and I have yet to receive my order all I have gotten is a confirmation email from them. I have email them and all they say is that my order will be shipped soon and that was sent by email on 12/11/18. No tacking I for no shipping I for nothing more from them. This is actually outrageous how long I have been waiting for this two items ordered before thanks giving and it’s two days before Christmas and still nothing”

“Fashion nova has the worst jeans ever! They are all either too big or too small. The croch area is super baggy/loose and the bottoms of the jean legs are super tight. They do not issue ANY refunds, except an “ e gift card” and they refuse to pay for shipping in returns. So yeah, you’re paying under $20 a jean. But after you return it a few times, you ended up paying the same amount or more at some other stores. Fashion nova is not what is seems and truly a waste of money and time. I would discourage anyone and everyone from purchasing from them. Negative five stars!”

“The worst customer service ever I will never order from them I purchased $85 worth of merchandise I haven’t received my pay today shipping I sent already 20 emails and no response they text me and they said that it’s been shipped the next two hours the order has been canceled I contacted FedEx they said there is no package to be picked up because they canceled they made a label but no package and these flyers on the app it says to contact FedEx to range another delivery attempt Very bad customer service I’m very disappointed and they don’t have a phone number to talk to anybody it’s only automated system and it’s funny the only refunded $16 off of my money I don’t know where the rest of my money”

“I ordered from fashion nova previously without any problems so I figured it would be fine as usual but no the complete opposite. I placed an order two months ago and still haven't received it nor a refund. I received an automated email saying some items were out of stock and that I could cancel and get a refund or wait for them to get back in stock. I tried to cancel but it didn't work I was never refunded. I emailed three times and I received an automated email saying someone would get back to me but no one ever did. They actually sent an email saying not to submit multiple emails because they are being "flooded with questions". Sorry my emailing about them stealing from me is such an inconvenience to them. Fashionnova is a complete scam they are stealing from people and clearly don't care about it.”

“I am a new customer and I placed an order on 11-15-18 and today is 11-22-18 and I have yet to receive my package this company has not been able to give no type of information that purchased was not cancelled nor was the item on any wait list. I can certainly say I will not be ordering from this website ever again.”
