I have ordered from here so many times and I believe only one time has it been a reasonable amount of time to get my products. If you want your items delivered on time for a function or event you need to give them a month in advance. Even then it might not be enough time. I love most of the items but it might be the last time I order from them because of the shipping situation.

Fashionova you have the worst customer service ever, it took over 3 weeks to receive my order only to find out that it was incomplete send a couple of emails and never hear back from anybody. You just lost a cuatomer here.

I placed an order for NINE items during the Black Friday sale. I waited almost two weeks just to get a tracking number. I was initially told my order would be delivered on Dec. 10 but I ended up getting it Dec. 14. The tracking updates I got were not helpful(this is more of a postal service problem). When I finally opened my package only SIX of the NINE items I ordered were in the package. It was a Friday night so I had to wait to call them. All the items fit perfect! I called Fashion Nova on Dec. 19 and was able to speak with a representative (She had very good customer service). They told me that the three items were out of stock and they would issue a refund. I had three problems; 1. If the items were out of stock why didn't I receive an email or call saying the items were not in stock? 2. Remember I ordered during a sale, what good is a sale price refund going to do?? I can't order three of the same value with a sale price refund. 3. I looked at the website and the main item I wanted was still in stock. I saw they had a free one-day shipping sale going on so I reordered the jacket and got it today (Dec. 20). I love their products and the way they fit but the shipping situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve placed 3 orders with fashion nova. First order was placed on 11/23 for two items and delivered on 11/27. My second order was a larger order placed on 11/29 and there was no updated status as of 12/18 so I contacted them through PayPal to get an update and received a full refund the same day. I then placed another order for 3 items on 12/19 and received it today 12/20. I didn’t use their one day shipping coupon (I was very doubtful they would follow through). I actually used their 30% and free shipping coupon because I still wanted some of the items I got for their holiday sale. So overall, I’m happy with the clothing I got, my orders were correct on the two I received but shipping can vary.

The absolute worst ever. The material is bad. The fitting measurements are not accurate and their shipping needs to get better. Also know that you don’t get a money refund when you return. Only store credit. So what if I don’t ever want to order from here again? Money just went down the drain.

I took the proper steps to return an item and never received store credit. I’ve emailed them and never got a response. Tried to call and they don’t answer, then it hangs up on you. I’ve spent so much money purchasing items from this company, never again!!!!

Took almost 3 weeks to get an item and even a tracking number. “Cancelled” my item and asked for a refund Five times online and still haven’t received it. Won’t ever use this scam website again.

I never had a problem with fashion nova, I Placed an order last saturday on dec 15th and received my order on tuesday dec 18th. I placed 2 new orders On dec 18th and received a tracking order within the next few hours. It seems like a lot of people are having problems with their orders. even though i never had problems with them, i hope they get better and improve so that no-one has to deal with the problems they are dealing with.

BEWARE FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ORDER OVER 100$ OF ITEMS AND NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING. EMAIL THEM AND ALL THEY SAID WAS THEY WAS ALL OUT OF STOCK. AND THEY WILL SEND ME A FULL REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT NOW LOOK AND ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND STILL BOTHING BACK! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY. AND ALL OF THIER REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE FAKE!!!!!

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY. CHECK AND SEE HOW MANY COMPLAINTS WERE FILED WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

On October 11th, 2018 I ordered $693.40 worth of products from fashion nova. I did not receive an update, email, or confirmation on my order until October 18th, on which they inform me that due to the new warehouse they switched to that order is delayed. On October 28th I called into customer service after trying several days before and emailing multiple times to no avail and finally spoke to someone. A girl named Ashley was nice, but still had no answers on when my order would be shipped or even fulfilled. On November 11th I received an email that my order has shipped and that I could finally track it. When I opened the tracking it said status not available, for over a week I checked it and finally gave up. I called several times since then and waited on hold for more than 50 minutes each time before I finally talked to someone again on November 17th. They told me that the email I was sent saying my order had been shipped was a mistake and that they have to send me to escalations. I waited on hold for over an hour before i was finally transferred to escalations and then the line got disconnected. I was never called back. When I called back once again the person was completely disrespectful, wouldn't give her name because she know's she was disrespectful, and still didn't give me a status and would not admit to me what was wrong. She also would not let me speak to management and hung up on me. It is now DECEMBER 19th. I have not received a word from the company other than their constant emails and texts about their fast shipping and deals right now. I have even messaged them on facebook and can't count how many emails and total phone calls I have made. I have tried everything several times. Please help me to get this fixed. I want my money and I want them to be reprimanded.

They didn't send my order in 2 days as stated. Also they didn't send the jeans I specifically ordered from their site. This was the second time I had purchased from them. The 1st time I had no issues I received the right items no problems. Well after this experience I WILL NOT be buying anything from this company! Which I think is a total scam! And only operating off of sheer greed! I WILL not recommend Fashionnova to anyone! And rather go back to shopping with the big name companies who value their customers over profit and honor their word with shipping and actually ship the product their paying customers brought and expect to receive. And that will refund money,or exchange items when they know they messed up,don't charge us for shipping when they've messed up on their end!!!

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! I, a long with so many other customers on here have ordered clothes, not received them, and have yet to receive a refund or store credit. Fashion Nova is a thief! I have been trying to obtain a refund for items I never received since Oct. and it is now Dec. If only they could refund your money as quick as they take it. NOTE TO FASHION NOVA :Try hiring some LIVE sales reps with all the money you are stealing from people. No one should have to email back and forth with an automated system for a company who was googled more than Gucci and Versace in the past year! Let it marinate! You will NEVER get to their level because your customer service is non existent!

the customer service via email is horrible! Does not acknowledge anything about the problem via email. On top of it, their 800 number does not work. So you can’t even get somebody to assist you. Horrible! They missed two items on my last order, did not inform me they did not have the item in stock. Instead the shipped out the rest of the order and did not even issue me a refund.

I only gave them one star because i couldn't give them a zero. Fashion Nova is the ABSOLUTE WORST in every aspect from their customer service process, customer service itself, and shipping. Customer service never answers my exact question that I ask, they send some automated message. I ordered my items on dec 2nd, they stated it takes 7-10 buisness days to process, and it's well over due. On dec 12 I received a tracking number and it is now dec 19th and my items have not left their so called "new and improved" distribution center. I am honestly looking into seeking leagal action. I feel as if they are trying to steal my money. This is not the first time Fashion nova has had issues. I want my money back and then I'm DONE!

I don't really know where to start.First of all I've received my order 20 days after placing it (after reading all the reviews I knew that this would happen so was willing to wait BUT they shouldn't be advertising "2nd day shipping").I bought 2 sets - both of them are very cheap quality,the one you would expect to get for 20$ from a Chinise website, not for a 100$ that I've payed! One seam came apart right away,the material of a white set is completely see-through,which makes it unwearable. Now I know why they DON'T offer REFUNDS- that's the only way for them to be able to sell their crappie clothes! Was my first and last time purchasing from Fashionova!I really hope that someone will be able to report them!I can't imagine how much $$$ they've stolen from all of us!😔

I placed an order in November which was received Dec 4th. Great! But i was missing two of the items i purchased. In the packaging slip it didnt have those two items but in my order online it showed both along with tracking. Contacted fashion nova for them to tell me the item was out of stock and i should be receiving a refund withing 10 business days. Cool! But its passed 10 days from the time i received my package. Went back on the website to see the item i ordered that they said was out of stock was in fact still in stock. Contacted customer service again to receive vage response. Still have yet to receive my refund! Mind u I’ve been a customer of fashion nova for over 7 yrs and this is the first most horrible experience.

I placed an order on 24 November, and I still have not even received my order nor do I know where my order is. It’s been saying “data received” in transit since and has not moved. They don’t even respond to any emails I have sent lthem! I cannot believe this service, I have never ever faced this with any online shop. The least they can do is respond. I don’t even know if I will get my money back! Do not even think about ordering from here—absolute scam!

I placed an order for an item 2 months ago and cancelled it 2 weeks after I learned that their distribution facility was moving and that I would not get my item in time. I requested for a refund at the time of cancelling it and I still have not gotten the refund. I have tried contacting them via email and phone with no success. It is very ridiculous and unprofessional and I will not be buying from this company again.
