“CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING! They are so not helpful and they really can care less. I’ve ordered here several times and never needed to adjust an order- however , recently I called to discuss my order and they said there wasn’t anything they can do ... basically, they’re just taking my money. Then I emailed to complain- and still!!! They won’t even offer a gift card credit or anything!!! They’re seriously terrible! I’ve never felt so cheated”

“Worst customer service ever, once you have read the return policy you will not want to buy anything from them ever again. No security, simply take it or leave it whole sale scam. The clothes are terrible and cheap quality. Nothing is described or even explained on how the clothes really is. Please do yourself the favor save your money and do not purchase anything here.”

“BUYERS BEWARE!!! FASHIONOVA IS A RIP-OFF. READ THEIR RETURN POLICY- THERE IS BASICALLY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES THEY CHARGE REDICULOUS FEES FOR EXCHANGES AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN. THEIR CLOTHING IS VERY LOW QUALITY. ONE USE THAT'S ALL IT TAKES FOR IT TO FADE OR TEAR. DO NOT TRUST THEM. READ THEIR REVIEWS THEY ARE TERRIBLE BUT VERY TRUE. I REGRET NOT READING THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!”

“Worst customer service ever encounterd. No costumer survice line. So you can't talk to anyone. When my order was shipped it was labeled with the wrong address. Then sent back to the company. Won't simply just resend. Just a refund minus the shipping cost. Will never order again.”

“I would love to know who created and currently runs Fashion Nova. I have never encountered such a greedy and corrupt company. They truly do not care about their customers, they’d rather spend thousands of dollars sponsoring celebrities and writing fake reviews than actually even speak to their customers, let alone give them any kind of refund for their shitty products.”

“First, dress for my wife took over a month to be delivered. Then when it finally arrived it was too small, and my wife body is fit. Their support is slow, and they don't answer to the questions being asked. Very disappointed”

“I purchased a jumper here during the Cyber Monday deal for my company holiday party. The shipping took FOREVER. The shipping information under the product description is extremely misleading. They sent multiple automated apology emails for the delay, but did not provide a status on the estimated date of arrival. Customer service did not reply to any of my emails - absolutely horrible. Will not be shopping here again.”

“Horrible experience. They wont do refunds but store credit. Clothes are made out of horrible cheap fabrics, and sizes are are wrong even if you use their size chart. Worst clothe company ever. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“Would not recommend. I received the wrong item in December. They only give me store credit and half of what I paid. They don't pay for shipping so I wasted more money and they kept half.”

“I've never ordered from fashion nova before so I wasn't sure how it was going to go. Needless to say IAM EXTREMELY HAPPY!! I ordered the black tie knot dress in a size Large. I'm about 5'3 and weigh around 180. This dress is so flattering. The material has a nice soft feel to it. It came within 5 days of me ordering it. With regular shipping. I will be buying other items from them.”

“Horrible. I sent back a return for two dresses answered never got my gift card. When I emailed they said what’s the tracking number. People don’t keep the tracking number. then they tell me there’s no other way to check it??? I DONT HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER. They should be able to track it by last name”

“TERRIBLE. AWFUL CLOTHING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN ITEM THAT I NEVER GOT, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I placed my first order with Fashionnova and bought some pants. I used the size chart and bought all the pants in the same size. When I got my order, only half of the pairs fit me even though they were all the same size and had the same size chart. THE WORST PART was I ordered and was charged for a pair that they told me afterward was "out of stock". How was I even able to order an out of stock item?? Instead of refunding me, they charged me for this out of stock item, and refused to refund me. They gave me credit in an "online fashion nova gift card." I asked for an actual refund to my card because I don't want to order from this company ever again. It took them LITERALLY THIRTY DAYS to even have a real person answer my emails instead of their automated reply. The person told me they cannot refund me. They stole my money for an item they knew they didn't have, instead of just cancelling it before charging me and processing my order. I have never had a company who wouldn't refund me or who took a MONTH to even reply to an email. Horrible.”

“Ordered 3 items December 2,2018 & received TWO of my items mid December, its jan, 12 & I still never received my last item nor a refund or a REPLY from fashion nova at all!!! This company doesn't deserve to be a company if they can't act like one! I was told in the same shipment email for my 2 items that I would be credited within 48 hours and I have never heard back from fashion nova & I have emailed countless times and even reported to paypal who closed my case because fashion nova responded to them with a tracking number of the TWO items but not the third!! When I reported it exactly for my last item!”

“I wish ican give a negative star. First time ordering took a month to get and two items were wrong. I retur need them with tracking number and they claim they cant find. they have 70.00 of my money which they won't refund or credit me. First and last time im buying here. their phone number is a joke they send you to the wrbdite which by tge way takes them weeks to answer. They suck”
