1) Great clothes but many things don’t be in stock. 2) I pay for two day shipping that turns into 2 week shipping. 3) I love everything add more red items to plus size😌

My daughter bought 3 leggings 2 out of 3 where already damaged. She was a couple days out of town so when she opened her package saw it was damaged I send them a email. They won’t refund her damaged item, they told her she can get 30% of next purchase

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I've ordered from them on a few occasions with minor hiccups but after my latest experience I never will again. They don’t care about their customers and refuse to acknowledge and reimburse people even when the company flat out lies, ignores you and refuses to acknowledge their own mistakes. To make a very long story as short as possible—I placed two orders back to back in October, one with 2-day shipping and the other with standard 3-7 day shipping. They didn't tell me at checkout that there would be a delay due to them switching distribution centers (would have been nice to know this beforehand). After the fact they posted a notice saying orders would be delayed up to 10 days. More than 10 days passed and I received no information, no estimated shipping date, nothing. I emailed them TWICE to ask about my orders and never received an answer. A number of other customers complained on social media and eventually they sent out a generic email literally stating that if my order didn't ship in 10 days, they would issue me an automatic refund. More than 10 days passed, no refund—so then I go ahead and request a refund manually. I receive no type of message regarding the refund, whether it was confirmed or denied. Then almost 2 weeks after I requested the refund, they ship out my items. I had to get in contact with them through Twitter (because they ignored my emails) and after going back and forth with a representative they finally agreed to give me a one-time refund for the items (their normal policy is store credit). I ship the items back and weeks go by with no notification of the refund being processed. I email them (and this time they do respond) and even though I have confirmation from UPS saying the items were delivered within a few days, they say there's no record of them being received. After providing them with additional information I guess they magically located the items and I was finally able to get a refund for the items I ordered (by this point it's January). In all my messages I told them I was also expecting to be reimbursed for the $40 return shipping charge I had to pay, because based on an email from THEIR OWN COMPANY (that I provided record of), the items should have never been shipped in the first place (because I should have received the automatic refund). They pretty much tried to ignore this part of my complaint until I kept bringing it up, and then said they can only give me store credit up to $10. So let me get this straight...your company lies about shipping dates, ignores my emails, lies about giving customers an automatic refund, ships unwanted items to me anyway, argues with me about refunding me my money back, somehow loses my return package, and now when I ask to be reimbursed for a charge that is purely your company’s fault, you give me a $10 gift card? Unbelievable. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! It seems like it's all good until they mess up your order (and it WILL happen inevitably…I used to think otherwise until my own experience). I could never spend another penny on a company that flat out deceives its customers and treats them this way. I'd rather pay a little extra at a company that actually respects the people keeping them in business.

If I could I would rate them 0 stars! My first purchased was a jumpsuit. When I received it, it was too long and big on my waste so I decided to send it back. When I called they said they can not refund me my money but that they can send me a gift card with the amount I payed minus the shipping. Then they proceed to tell me in order to send the item back I would have to also pay the shipping. Okay that’s fine so I did so. Then I received my gift card through email and decided to go and buy something from there website. Wen I put my gift card in formation I’m guessing it did not go through because since I had my debt card on file it took that instead. So I immediately called my bank to cancel this transaction and I went ahead again and made the same purchase except this tome using my gift card. When I called fashion nova to let them know they informed me that I. An refuse the package or intercept the package but either way they would not refund my money back that they would be sending another gift card! This shop is ridiculous! They need better service on how to accommodate people for the money they are spending at their stores!! First and last experience with them!

I bought a few of there matching sets and they are exactly what I was expecting!! All the pieces have great matieral are comfortable and so sexy for a good price Fashion nova really has good matching set and great quality jeans every woman needs to check them out from casual wear to dressy to even sexy work wear!!

Horrible! I use to love FashionNova. They use to serve their customers with gladness! Now that Cardi B is apart you guys have horrible delivery and horrible communication!

Everything went wrong. Before you even shop, read the fine print and their horrible return policies. Virtually no customer service, hefty restocking and other fees, 48 hours to notify them of any issues. WHAT? Never again!! Buyer beware.

They never refund my money on two different orders separate occasions and they have a rep that always emails by the name of Jose Trinidad that plays games with customers and gives them the run around.. i will be doing chargebacknon all my purchases

I had a very good experience with Fashion Nova! I made my purchase on a Thursday and received my order on Saturday (yes, just two days later). I was impressed with the quality of the 3 dresses I ordered because they were only $35 each. My only complaint which sometimes happens with online stores is that their sizes run a little small. Keep this in mind if you are planning on ordering. I read all these reviews before making a purchase and let me just say I was incredibly concerned. I feel bad that so many customer's had a bad experience with Fashion Nova! :(

I ordered a pair of heels and one of the heel was broken. I immediately sent an email w/a picture. They offered another shoe, (I wanted a refund so I can go elsewhere, but they said only a credit) however, I would have to pay to ship the shoes back. I vowed to never order from them again. However, after a month or so, I ordered again (I should have stayed with my initial thought). It took two months for me to receive my order and I think I received it only then because I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I dont know why all these celebrities are advertising their clothes because they are ripping us off. But never again....

Seriously wish I could put 0 stars. I ordered 2 separate dresses for my court wedding (should've ordered them together, my mystake but either way). The first one arrived almost 3 weeks after I ordered it. I even contacted USPS because on the tracking it said that my package had been in my city for over a week just going all around the city, station to station. USPS also told me that the people who sent the package put the wrong zip code. I checked if maybr I had put the wrong zip code and everything was good on my end. I had a feeling I wasnt gonna like it so I went ahead and ordered my other choice. Took forever, about 2 weeks and my court wrdding date came so I wasnt able to get it on time. I sent back both dresses (ridiculous how you have to pay back shipping) spent $7 on that AND on top of that I dont get my money back how I payed. I get it on a gift card!!! I dont want a gift card. So I received one dress order back on a gift card but the other one is still being processes, even though they were both on the same package..? This company is just a mess. I don't like how I have to pay shipping back AND I can't get my money back in the original form of payment because guess what? I'm a mix of sizes. It's stupid.

My review is based solely on customer service at FN. Its so sad that such a great site where I love to shop for my clothes falls very short of customer service. I have no idea when or why this new policy related to damaged items came from because FN never notified their already long time customers, but it doesn't make sense. 1) Not everyone has time to look through all there items for damages right away. 2) Then when you send pics with the damm tag still on it, you still get a response that it wasnt done in a timely manner smh. Its so sad to say but I just might have to take a break from shopping at FN and consider other sites to spend my money elsewhere. Smh. Tip for consumers: Make sure to read the policies because they have new ones but never notified anyone about them.

They only print positive 4 or 5 star reviews. I tried to post a negative review because the dress I received was damaged and my review would not post even though I tried many times. They only give store credit and I had to pay for the return shipping. The clothes are cute, but quality is not great and the fact that you can't write an honest review is very sketchy!

Never shop here! I waited over 2 weeks for my for items. Still nothing, tried emailing, still no response. I tried to cancel nothing! So I was literally robbed for my money, I had to reach out to my bank to dispute this purchase because they stole from me. Moral of the story this website is for Celebrity advertisement..... I will recommend Boohoo and Missguided, you won't be disappointed and way cheaper! Also you can return and receive a full refund just say:)

I’m loving everything about this website. The items are gorgeous, the quality is phenomenal, & everything is true to size. The customer service team is outstanding from placing the order to confirming the order and shipping the order the same day. Delivery is within 1 week of placing an order. I have received so many compliments on every dress I have worn that I purchased from Fashion Nova. I look forward to many more purchases in the future. Thank you.

I just bought two pairs of flare jeans and the jeans are soo long that they drag as I try to walk under my feet.i wrote a review to warn others but for some reason my reviews has been erased. Quality very cheap and these jeans cost $44 plus dollars each.

I placed an order for next day delivery which is a service they provide it’s been over 5 days and still nothing so much for the over night fee I paid for and the tracking number they sent doesn’t work totally false advertising and terrible customer service I sent emails and get replies saying your order was shipped wait 24 to 48 hours for your updated tracking number like seriously just terrible

complete ripoff!Horrible customer service.The worst i have ever experienced.They sent me the wrong item so i paid for shipping to send it back and they refused tp credit my full refund or shipping and handling when they are the one who sent the wrong outfit.The clothing is a cheap fabric also.

The worst company i have ever ordered from.COMPLETE RIPOFF They sent me the wrong order,so i sent it back immediately.They refused to give me a full store credit because they said the top was no longer in stock.I never received the correct from them.I had to pay shipping and handling to send the incorrect order back so they would give me a store credit.They gave me a $10 stor e credit and never credited my full order or the shipping and handeling.HORRIBLE customer service.HORRIBLE company.Cheap fabric on clothing.
