Something have to be done about this scam and us customers not receiving our items. I'm taking this to the media live speaking out warning people about this company

I placed an order on 11/27/18, I received a confirmation email for the order, I have yet to receive the order or any tracking information. The order was not cancelled and I have not received a refund. I sent several emails and never received anything more than an automated response saying I would get a response in 24 hours. I tried calling but all you get is recordings. It would be great to receive my package, as it is a Christmas gift. I went through reading the reviews and people that order at the same time I did have either received their order or a refund, this makes me even more aggravated. I understand it’s a busy time of the year, but if a company is able to keep having sales, posting all over social media and stocking new items, there is no reason why they shouldn’t be able to contact me to tell me what’s going on or to offer a refund. I do really want my items, I just don’t want to deal with this.

Ordered an item over two weeks ago and still have not received it or any form of an update! I have called numerous times and the customer service just keeps looping you back to messaging on the website. I have sent three different emails and have not received any sort of reply. The WORST customer service! I cannot even BELIEVE this brand has such a huge following on social media and so many "influencers" pushing it! WORST WORST WORST! Everyone on here PLEASE file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so they can be shut down. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! THIEVES!!!

You can take action and submit a claim with Internet crime complaint at www.ic3.gov/complaint about Fashion Nova. After months of scamming customers, you can take action!

worst company i’ve ever shopped. they never shipped items to me that ended up “backordered” and instead of simply refunding me once this was established like any NORMAL company, they have given me the run-around for nearly 2 months and STILL nothing. they’re crooks and deserve to be shut down after the amount of BS i’ve been through!

Well, i ordered 10 items & only 4 came, i emailed them but its been about 2 weeks no refunds and i still haven’t received my clothes. Their customer service is awful and so unhelpful. Please don’t waste your money here.

I wish I could give zero stars. First off they never sent my shipment. I was counting on the dress for an event. It was almost a month of waiting for the order to be fulfilled and still wasn’t fulfilled. I asked for a refund because I didn’t receive anything and frankly I wish to not do business with them anymore any way. I still have not received my refund. How do you take money without sending a product out? Please do not buy from them. Also, they purposely don’t pick up any calls.

I ordered four items on November 15th. I was supposed to get my stuff shipped in 2 days free shipping. It is December 21st, a few days away from Christmas and I still don't have my items. Not one of my items have showed up, I have received no updates and is not even shipped. I contacted fashion Nova about five times now. The first time they said they haven't forgotten my order it will be arriving very shortly, it's delayed. I didn't get any response the next three times when they said they will get back with me 24 hours. Last time, they told me to stop emailing them because they have multiple orders and it's currently being worked on. They are very unprofessional with how the way they handle orders. I am tired of waiting, they haven't shipped my order at all and others. However they continue to restock, create more sale codes and create more free shipping instead of taking care of the orders that people ordered first and still currently waiting on. This place is an absolute joke. This is the first time in two years I've had this experience with Fashion Nova. They told me to either continue to wait for my items or I could cancel at anytime and I'll receive store credits. If I cancel my order, they will not even give you your full refund or full store credit of what you paid. This business is very unorganized and should be shut down. They have the most careless and terrible customer service ever. It seems like they care more about the money then taking care of their customers. I work hard for my money and I don't play when it comes to it. Everybody spend their hard-earned money for this place to get their orders and they could care less. I am done with this website, I will not return to them ever again. They are horrible.

I wish I could put 0 stars. They have the worst customer service of any company Iv ever used. I will never shop with them again as they are no help and also no help with making a return! Horrible company!

I ordered with them December 18th and I paid for next day shipping. My order was canceled the next day by the sender. I have been emailing them for four days with no response when it says online I will get a response in 24 hours. At this point I just want my money back and I won’t be shopping with them anymore it’s definitely not worth it

WORST Customer Service ever! I ordered two hoodies from their website. When I received my package, I got two blouses. I tried calling their customer service and it kept redirecting me to their website where I should email them. I emailed them and no answer. Ridiculous. The package did not even come with a return label!! Never buying from here again!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would !!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! My package has ended up in Brazil ! I love in Florida and noooo one on their end will help me ! Do not purchase from them !!!!! The absolute worst ohhh also this has been going on for over 2 months !!!

First and last time ordering from them. I waited for this particular sweater to become available when it did I quickly ordered it. Well I waited and waited I finally get an email saying they are processing my order. The next day I get an email telling me I've been refunded the money the order has been cancelled. Never again they need to get it together!!

I placed an order with Fashionnova and only received one item off the order and I ordered six items. I have emailed them tried calling the customer support. Its been 3 days and no reply. The same incident happen to my daughter about two weeks ago. I am very disappointed with Fashionnova and they have lost a valued customer. I will not be ordering from them again. They are not a trustworthy company... they will take your money and not return your calls or email!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fashion Nova has the worst customer service. I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and never received it. I tried contacting customer service but, of course, no one is available to speak to you. All it is is an automated operator that directs you to the website. This is first and last time I shop with you guys. This is ridiculous. I’ve never seen a company to be so unorganized. Never again.

I have ordered from here so many times and I believe only one time has it been a reasonable amount of time to get my products. If you want your items delivered on time for a function or event you need to give them a month in advance. Even then it might not be enough time. I love most of the items but it might be the last time I order from them because of the shipping situation.

Fashionova you have the worst customer service ever, it took over 3 weeks to receive my order only to find out that it was incomplete send a couple of emails and never hear back from anybody. You just lost a cuatomer here.

I placed an order for NINE items during the Black Friday sale. I waited almost two weeks just to get a tracking number. I was initially told my order would be delivered on Dec. 10 but I ended up getting it Dec. 14. The tracking updates I got were not helpful(this is more of a postal service problem). When I finally opened my package only SIX of the NINE items I ordered were in the package. It was a Friday night so I had to wait to call them. All the items fit perfect! I called Fashion Nova on Dec. 19 and was able to speak with a representative (She had very good customer service). They told me that the three items were out of stock and they would issue a refund. I had three problems; 1. If the items were out of stock why didn't I receive an email or call saying the items were not in stock? 2. Remember I ordered during a sale, what good is a sale price refund going to do?? I can't order three of the same value with a sale price refund. 3. I looked at the website and the main item I wanted was still in stock. I saw they had a free one-day shipping sale going on so I reordered the jacket and got it today (Dec. 20). I love their products and the way they fit but the shipping situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve placed 3 orders with fashion nova. First order was placed on 11/23 for two items and delivered on 11/27. My second order was a larger order placed on 11/29 and there was no updated status as of 12/18 so I contacted them through PayPal to get an update and received a full refund the same day. I then placed another order for 3 items on 12/19 and received it today 12/20. I didn’t use their one day shipping coupon (I was very doubtful they would follow through). I actually used their 30% and free shipping coupon because I still wanted some of the items I got for their holiday sale. So overall, I’m happy with the clothing I got, my orders were correct on the two I received but shipping can vary.
