I was shopping at FashionNova for a bout a year. Returning things typically wasn't a problem (if you don't mind paying for shipping and only receiving store credit). Once they started expanding their company they got greedy. I returned items that looked nothing like the images on the website. It didn't mind because I already know their items are a hit or miss. Weeks later and still no credit... NOTHING. I spoke with customer service and they basically couldn't give a S*%T. I disputed it with my bank and got my money back but then they disputed that and it ended up being a long hassle. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM!! I think they became to obsessed with shipping free clothes to influencers instead of handling their pool shipping and customer service mistakes!!!

SCAMMM! I ordered a pair of pants and they never came and I contacted them twice and they sent an automated email. I have yet to see a refund or the package. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!

It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number for my order, but they already took my money. I ordered my dress on the 8th and had a Christmas party on the 15th still haven’t received anything and had to fine another dress. FASHIONNOVA STEALS YOUR MONEY !

Worst company Ever. I don’t usually do any online shopping especially when it’s not amazon but they kept promoting their Black Friday sale. I ended up purachasing some clothing and they had an andvertisment that said free 2 day shipping over $75 purchase. I spent almost $100 . 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my package and they said it takes 7-10 business days to process the order. I then get sent a confirmation that the package was delivered but never did it show up at my door and they want me to put in a claim with OnTrac and wait another 10 business days. Will never order again . HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH BAD SERVICE. Lesson learned.

I had picked two day shipping when I purchased my order, almost three weeks go by and I sent an email. No response regarding my order. Tracking delivery, it had said my package was delivered. Which it had not been. I reached out to fashion nova yet again saying my package didn’t come and they sent one response basically saying packages going missing are unusual and to contact the delivery company. WHAT? That was all they could say.

They shipped to the wrong address and went back to sender. Now I can't get a refund or credit. Be very careful that steal your money.

I just got Fashion Nova’s Living in a Dream formal dress and I’m IN. LOVE. I was a little nervous it wasn’t going to make it in time by NYE and it did. I have gotten so many Fashion Nova dresses for special occasions and they are truly the best at making a statement and hugging every curve! The last dress I ordered before this never made it to me in time, because they were moving to a new distribution center, so I was bummed about that. But I did receive a full refund. I think they DEFINITELY need to work on their customer service, as I’ve read so many people not receiving anything from Black Friday even. It’s very hard to get in touch with their customer service center... hopefully they work on that, as well as their inventory on their website. I would say if you want to order, try not to order a ton of items at once, order a month in advance just to be safe, and steer away from popular times of ordering. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because their clothing always makes me feel so confident!

On December 10th I placed an order for items I wanted to wear to a holiday party on December 20th. On December 14th, I received an email stating that my items were shipped. On December 17th, after tracking package, Ontrac states that my order was delivered. I still don't have it. Despite sending multiple messages to this company (email, IG, FB) no one has bothered to respond. How are they selling clothes and not have a phone number dedicated to respond to customers concerns, complaints etc. This is extremely poor customer service but, I guess you get what you pay for as the clothes on this site are extremely cheap. This is my first time purchasing from this company, never again!!

I am Very disappointed. It took me 5 weeks to get my order back. The clothes were cheap- and don't see fit. I don't like the fact that there is no customer service you can speak with.. I can't even send the clothes back because it says the receipt they put in the bag say final sale

I made on purchase online dec.2nd 2018in the amount of $132.93only thing i have is a order confirmation thats it.I emailed only automated email responses the 1-800 number is bogus i cancelled on dec.9th they emailed me on the 15th stating the system didn't receive my cancellation so basically there gonna make me take this purchase that as of today the18th has no shipping or tracking number yet or i have to take there e-gift card which means credit for there online store that i don't want i want my money the same way they took it.Long story short i filed a complaint with bbb and by the looks of it I'm not the only one i also filed a dispute with my bank and filed a complaint with the federal trades commission anyone on here can file with federal trades they are for us consumers i hope everyone fashionnova scammed will get there money back.

I made an order in November for more then $100 and I have yet to receive my order. Sad part I ordered dressed for my Christmas party but since I didn’t receive it I had to scramble to look for a last minute outfit. Never again. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering.

Really disappointed with Fashon Nova! I always shop at Fashon Nova, but this time i returned an item and it was delivered on 12/04/18. They say it takes 5-7 business for a refund credit to be issued yet I’ve been waiting more than 10 business days! I’ve sent numerous emails and only get an automated response, yet I know they read the emails because they ask to not sent multiple emails! I try to get through customer service but sends right away to the voicemail. I have some items in my cart, been waiting to purchase! Very upset and disappointed!

So I placed an order on 12/4/18. I finally received my order today on 12/18/18, opened my package and guess what... it’s not what I ordered!! I ordered a whole body suit. I got a pair of xxl basketball shorts. I’m so livid. Worst company ever. Save your money and shop else where!!!

I ordered my items in mid November 2018. Fashion nova charged my credit card the day after I placed my order. I received my package about three weeks later. As I looked through my items, I noticed two things were missing. I immediately tried to contact fashion nova via phone. The phone number provided online sends you in circles. You push 1, 2 or 3 based on your needs, and it’ll send you to a message saying you need to call back during business hours. I WAS calling during business hours. It was frustrating, so I decided to email the company. They respond with a generic email immediately. All I want is my refund for the two items that they did not put in my order, however they charged my card for them. I SPENT $200! After weeks and weeks of me trying to reach someone, I finally get an email today saying “your items were delivered, check with your neighbors” It is infuriating because that is not why I am contacting fashion nova, I want my refund. I cannot get a hold of a human person on the phone, and the emails are going nowhere. They need to either for fill my order, or give me my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online through any company. It’s been over a month, since i ordered and I can’t get a straight answer regarding my money. I want my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online through any company. It’s been over a month, I don’t have my items, I don’t have my refund, and fashion nova will not respond. I highly recommend staying away from this company. I will never spend another dime here. I know I won’t put them out of business by keeping my money away from them, but for anyone who does research before ordering through this company, BEWARE!!! It’s like playing roulette, you never know what you’re going to get. They did not hesitate to take my money, but they are certainly hesitating to refund it, or provide me with what I ordered. Customer service is POOR!!

Ordered 3 items November 25th. I only recieved 2 of the items. Tried contacting company over 8 times with no response. When I FINALLY reached someone, the representative said the item was out of stock and they apologized. They could not tell me when my money would be refunded and she was very rude and uninformative. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I am completely and underly disgusted with this company. I placed my order November 16th making it over a month already, and i still yet to receive any shipping information. This is the first time this has happened to me in regards to Fashion Nova. Half of my closet is literally filled with their clothing, and the one time i placed an order filled with gifts that i hoped to give, they want to take over a month? Possibly more who knows because to this day still no email. No nothing. I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of compassion and the inconsideration that fashion nova is showing not just to me, but to all of the people out there experiencing the same problem. To think i’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, when barely anyone knew what fashion nova even was? Nobody deserves this. 200 dollars down the drain. This is ridiculous.

I ordered from Fashion Nova 24 days ago and y’all took the money out right then and I was really excited to get theses gifts for my daughter but as the day continued to pass by and still no tracking number and nothing being mailed out I was getting really discouraged and I sent a couple of emails trying to figure out what was going on and I would get a response that they were working on it and then about a week after that email I got one saying that if they couldn’t get the order sent out in time the would just refund my money but I didn’t want a fund I wanted my product since I already waited for 20+ days and then I get a email today telling me that my money will be refunded back to me and that my order was canceled so I called and spoke to someone and told them that I have been waiting for 24 days and that I wanted the product not a refund and that I wanted to know why they refunded me the money and she tells me that they had to refund me the money because my bank stopped it and I’m like no you took the money out like 24 days ago and it went through and she tries to tell me that it was my banks fault and that it will take up to 7/10 business days for me to get my money back but it I want to reorder it I can but I won’t get the discount that I got on Black Friday and that I still won’t get it before Christmas and I’m like this makes no sense. So I call my bank and make sure they didn’t do anything to cause this and they said the same thing I did that y’all took the money out 24 days ago and it went through and they haven’t done anything to cause it cancel.i don’t understand why you would conduct your business like this and now my daughter will not get the three things I order from you because y’all messed up NOT MY BANK. You actually think I would order something again before I get my refund back so I will be spending even more money with you guys and I’m supposedly going to trust that y’all will follow through this time and get my order to me I think not. I’m really disappointed that you would do this to a customer and to my daughter. This company is ran by con artist that love to RIP ppl off do not order from this company unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off. Ordered a dress n bra and never recieved my dress only bra and when I emailed them they responded with our records indicated you recieved your package to check with neighbors n fam members. No I did not recieve both packages only 1 but they didnt hesitate to take my money without giving me my merchandise. What a joke of a company, never trust celebs ppl they get paid to lie. This company should be shut down for fraud.
