“This is the worst store ever. They never answer the phone. I got clothes with home from them and they won’t answer the phone. Never buying from this sore again. Never answered none of my emails. I’m so mad”

“They dont respond to emails after they take your money and never send your things. I will be writing reviews all day everyday until I get my refund in my bank account, dont nobody want that damn store credit after going through all of this mess. They played all of us and I'm kinda shocked. I shouldnt have to pay for their mistakes.”

“Do not order from them you will not get your things in the time that you requested. They are ripping people off and they will not respond to your emails at all. And then they will not refund you your money after they messed up, Who does that. So I have to pay for your mistake no refund me my money.”

“Fuckin sucks! They take your money and then go missing. I emailed saying I was disputed the charge because of the lack of communication and of course never receiving my package and guess what they tried to send it out after two weeks of me emailing and canceling the order before they even touched it. How do they think this is right, doing people like this is messed up especially loyal ones but I'll never go through this again. I missed my Christmas party because of them and do they care, hell no they dont. I'm getting my money back because of bad business. They did not do their part and keeping their promise with delivering in 2 days so I shouldnt have to keep anything or let them have my money. And no I dont want no damn store credit so that I can go through this AGAIN no I rather not waste my time with them anymore. It's crazy how many people are having the exact same issues and they thought it would be ok to take the money and then tell us after that it's going to be delayed, oh we're moving, oh cardi b collection came out. Like stooooop! Save that for somebody else. I paid to get what I want when I want it not for u to give it to me when they want to and not give me my money back after I canceled it weeks before it left the building. This is a joke!”

“First, they took TWO WEEKS to process my order! Only When I asked about it, did they send anything out! And all I got back were boilerplate emails! THEN they sent me an email saying my order was complete when it wasn’t. When I asked about the remaining article, THREE days later I get an email saying it was sold out! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Oh, and did I mention horribly made products also?”

“I had ordered from them in the past and they shipped my order within a few hours so i figured when I placed my order this time it would ship within a few hours, it's now over a week and still no shipping info. I needed the dress for a christmas party which occurred two days ago. When i contacted them and told them that i wanted to cancel my order and be refunded because the dress does me no good they told me they can't cancel or change an order once it's placed yet the order hasn't even shipped out yet and if i am still unhappy they can issue me a refund in the form of a gift card for fashion nova only once they receive my return? that's just bs. i might as well keep the dress IF it ever arrives since its apparently a pain just to return based on all the other reviews but I don't think I'll be buying anything else from them.”

“Placed and order on December 2nd and still have not received any information on Shipping. I emailed customer service and they said to allow 7-10 days before receiving a tracking number and 3 days after that for the package to be delivered. Here it is 15 days later and I still have no information on my package.”

“Ordered a jumper on the 5th of December. On the website, during check out, it said 2-3 day shipping. I assumed that my order would have been delivered and received by the weekend. After 4 days I emailed asking for more information. It was then that I received full detail of the 7-10 days to PROCESS orders, and then they're shipped out. That was the first red flag. Days later I get an email saying my order had been shipped. It took 4 days total for me to receive it (not the 2-3 that I selected at checkout). That was the second red flag. Then my order didn't even include the jumper i ordered!1 just the bra adhesives. i email again about the error only to get a prewritten apology email stating that they received a lot of orders and blah blah since black Friday, so some things were out of stock. THAT INFORMATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS ON THE WEBSITE AND WAS ONLY GIVEN AFTER COMPLAINING. 3rd red flag. Now im waiting for my order to be refunded. I only tried shopping with them because my friend referred me, but never again. The lack of transparency and correct information was so subpar.”

“Ordered two pair of jeans from the Plus line and sooooo not plus sizes or true to size. I ordered 3X (20), which is a size up, just to be on the safe side and it was an EPIC FAIL! Upon taking it out the bag I could tell it wasn't a plus size. Attempted to try on anyway and it didn't even fit my leg/thigh. They reminded me of a low budge line of clothing line that you would find at Rainbow or DD's Discount. The size looked and fit like a Misses XL. I will never order again. Especially after reading their No Refund/Exchange policy. Purchase at your own risk.”

“I would never order from fashion nova again , I ordered my stuff over a month ago. They toook my money. I never received a confirmation number , tracking info or nothing. Everyone else is complaining as we’ll. I tried to email I only get automated responses. I called the number , it’s a machine no actual people. I wrote a comment on a post on their ig & they deleted my comment. This is THE WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever had. The WORST customer service in the world. I would NEVER shop there again. I just want my merchandise or my money back. That’s all. They don’t care about customers”

“I always see reviews about people having horrible experiences with their orders and I always feel so bad because I have ordered from them over 4 times now and everything came ridiculously fast and on point (2 day shipping). Their quality at least for the things I ordered have been on point, I ordered 2 dresses called "Get to know ya dress" and "Spree Dress" which were great, and recently ordered 2 "His Cuddle Buddy" sweaters in both colors which are amazing quality and two of the best new items I've owned in my closet for a while. I will continue to be a customer and hope I don't experience any of the nightmare stories I see from time to time. Guess I have been lucky.”

“I have been reading so many reviews with Fashion Nova. I have shopped with them going on two years and I love their stuff. I can’t tell you how many dresses i’ve ordered for special events and they always look amazing. Their jeans make you look so good too! However I ordered a dress from them in October and due to them changing to another warehouse, the shipping was incredibly delayed. I even ordered it fairly earlier on before I needed it and it was so delayed they eventually had low stock in my size even though I had already ordered it earlier and low stock was not notified on item. I had to cancel my order cause it wouldn’t come on time for the event I had, and I DID get a full refund. It was incredibly difficult to reach customer service though. I kept calling and calling, going thru the prompts over and over, and eventually got thru. I ordered a NYE dress on 12/7 and was very nervous that my dress wouldn’t come on time. But I received my tracking info today and it was shipped out! I feel for all the people who ordered on Black Friday and Cyber Monday though. Many people have not received a tracking number or anything. It’s a shame because they’re inventory is great, but they need to follow thru with their shipping and CS. They should ship out clothes in the order they were received, as that makes the most sense. It’s definitely gone down over time since they’ve grown so much and gained popularity. If anything, I would say do not order a ton of items at once, and if you have a certain event to go to, order at least a month in advance. Also try to steer away from ordering at popular times. I really hope they work on their customer service for sure!”

“I bought these pants for my boyfriend. He has literally only worn them twice. The first time the back belt loop stitching came completely undone. I gave fashion nova them the benefit of the doubt & figured okay maybe it was sowed incorrectly (so I resowed the loop back together). Well today he put them on and messaged me saying another belt loop sticking feel apart. Like really ???? Are you not making a knot at the end when your stitching these pants together or what?? Literally the sowing just unraveled. ( just in case someone thought it got pulled and broke, not the case... the thread is completely intact now just hanging from the end of the belt loop detached from the jeans. So disappointed all the hype social media gives for pants that fall apart after two wears.”

“I’ve been waiting 11 days for my stuff to be shipped out even though I picked 2-3 day shipping i haven’t got a Tracking Number I’ve emailed them 2-3 times I tried calling Fashion Nova “Customer Service” they don’t really have one ! NEVER AGAIN”

“I have ordered my item well over 2 weeks ag which I needed for an event. I never received item. You can not get in touch with a live person to speak about the shipment status. They do not send you any confirmation about they received your ordered. They are horrible. Now the same card I used to order has been compromised. I'm not saying they have anything to do with this but it's a funny coincidence that the card is being used in California and I live in MD and this all occurred after I ordered. All I will say is check your bank account transactions. Just terrible.”
