the customer service via email is horrible! Does not acknowledge anything about the problem via email. On top of it, their 800 number does not work. So you can’t even get somebody to assist you. Horrible! They missed two items on my last order, did not inform me they did not have the item in stock. Instead the shipped out the rest of the order and did not even issue me a refund.

I only gave them one star because i couldn't give them a zero. Fashion Nova is the ABSOLUTE WORST in every aspect from their customer service process, customer service itself, and shipping. Customer service never answers my exact question that I ask, they send some automated message. I ordered my items on dec 2nd, they stated it takes 7-10 buisness days to process, and it's well over due. On dec 12 I received a tracking number and it is now dec 19th and my items have not left their so called "new and improved" distribution center. I am honestly looking into seeking leagal action. I feel as if they are trying to steal my money. This is not the first time Fashion nova has had issues. I want my money back and then I'm DONE!

I don't really know where to start.First of all I've received my order 20 days after placing it (after reading all the reviews I knew that this would happen so was willing to wait BUT they shouldn't be advertising "2nd day shipping").I bought 2 sets - both of them are very cheap quality,the one you would expect to get for 20$ from a Chinise website, not for a 100$ that I've payed! One seam came apart right away,the material of a white set is completely see-through,which makes it unwearable. Now I know why they DON'T offer REFUNDS- that's the only way for them to be able to sell their crappie clothes! Was my first and last time purchasing from Fashionova!I really hope that someone will be able to report them!I can't imagine how much $$$ they've stolen from all of us!😔

I placed an order in November which was received Dec 4th. Great! But i was missing two of the items i purchased. In the packaging slip it didnt have those two items but in my order online it showed both along with tracking. Contacted fashion nova for them to tell me the item was out of stock and i should be receiving a refund withing 10 business days. Cool! But its passed 10 days from the time i received my package. Went back on the website to see the item i ordered that they said was out of stock was in fact still in stock. Contacted customer service again to receive vage response. Still have yet to receive my refund! Mind u I’ve been a customer of fashion nova for over 7 yrs and this is the first most horrible experience.

I placed an order on 24 November, and I still have not even received my order nor do I know where my order is. It’s been saying “data received” in transit since and has not moved. They don’t even respond to any emails I have sent lthem! I cannot believe this service, I have never ever faced this with any online shop. The least they can do is respond. I don’t even know if I will get my money back! Do not even think about ordering from here—absolute scam!

I placed an order for an item 2 months ago and cancelled it 2 weeks after I learned that their distribution facility was moving and that I would not get my item in time. I requested for a refund at the time of cancelling it and I still have not gotten the refund. I have tried contacting them via email and phone with no success. It is very ridiculous and unprofessional and I will not be buying from this company again.

Quick to charge as soon as you put in an order, but not so quick to get your order and to top it off the order was incomplete. Now I cannot reach anyone and the kept my items and my money 😡

I placed an order on Nov to arrive by the time I had a special vacay. Im in San Diego so my order did come fast but the shoes ended up being wrong size. I had to return. Not only do I have to pay for returns but I also never ever received my store credit. Its been about 3 weeks since I have returned my shoes and it reached their facility Dec 10th and they still yet to contact me. Shoes cost like 49.99 and Im very angry that they took my money and also took my shoes. Just don't seriously.

My first Fashion Nova experience was great and I thought that I would for sure become a regular customer! It is so hard for me to find pants for my body type and I thought this was the solution. The order fit and came in a timely manner. My second experience was where it went downhill. I ordered 3 items and only 1 of 3 items came and they came about a month later, the delay being attributed to them changing their distribution centers. When I contacted them about my missing 2 items they said that "they were out of stock and that happens when multiple people checkout at the same time". I went online and both items were in stock in the sizes and colors I ordered them in. It took a month of emailing back and forth for me to get refunded on those items. At one point they tried to issue an e-gift card. When I said I wanted the refund refunded to the account I paid with (as a previous rep said I would be weeks prior to my follow-up) they then changed the subject of our correspondence to "escalated refund request". They never truly apologized and kept replying with auto-generated answers and offering me coupons. Rainbow gets a lot of their things from the same supplier. I say go there instead!

I placed an order on Novembet 22nd and according to the website shipping should happen within 7-10 business days great. I didnt get my package until 12/13 (3 weeks later) and didnt get everything I ordered. Then I followed up and they issued a refund for $12.00 when i paid more then that. Their customer service is awful and i will never be ordering again

I was shopping at FashionNova for a bout a year. Returning things typically wasn't a problem (if you don't mind paying for shipping and only receiving store credit). Once they started expanding their company they got greedy. I returned items that looked nothing like the images on the website. It didn't mind because I already know their items are a hit or miss. Weeks later and still no credit... NOTHING. I spoke with customer service and they basically couldn't give a S*%T. I disputed it with my bank and got my money back but then they disputed that and it ended up being a long hassle. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM!! I think they became to obsessed with shipping free clothes to influencers instead of handling their pool shipping and customer service mistakes!!!

SCAMMM! I ordered a pair of pants and they never came and I contacted them twice and they sent an automated email. I have yet to see a refund or the package. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!

It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number for my order, but they already took my money. I ordered my dress on the 8th and had a Christmas party on the 15th still haven’t received anything and had to fine another dress. FASHIONNOVA STEALS YOUR MONEY !

Worst company Ever. I don’t usually do any online shopping especially when it’s not amazon but they kept promoting their Black Friday sale. I ended up purachasing some clothing and they had an andvertisment that said free 2 day shipping over $75 purchase. I spent almost $100 . 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my package and they said it takes 7-10 business days to process the order. I then get sent a confirmation that the package was delivered but never did it show up at my door and they want me to put in a claim with OnTrac and wait another 10 business days. Will never order again . HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH BAD SERVICE. Lesson learned.

I had picked two day shipping when I purchased my order, almost three weeks go by and I sent an email. No response regarding my order. Tracking delivery, it had said my package was delivered. Which it had not been. I reached out to fashion nova yet again saying my package didn’t come and they sent one response basically saying packages going missing are unusual and to contact the delivery company. WHAT? That was all they could say.

I just got Fashion Nova’s Living in a Dream formal dress and I’m IN. LOVE. I was a little nervous it wasn’t going to make it in time by NYE and it did. I have gotten so many Fashion Nova dresses for special occasions and they are truly the best at making a statement and hugging every curve! The last dress I ordered before this never made it to me in time, because they were moving to a new distribution center, so I was bummed about that. But I did receive a full refund. I think they DEFINITELY need to work on their customer service, as I’ve read so many people not receiving anything from Black Friday even. It’s very hard to get in touch with their customer service center... hopefully they work on that, as well as their inventory on their website. I would say if you want to order, try not to order a ton of items at once, order a month in advance just to be safe, and steer away from popular times of ordering. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because their clothing always makes me feel so confident!

On December 10th I placed an order for items I wanted to wear to a holiday party on December 20th. On December 14th, I received an email stating that my items were shipped. On December 17th, after tracking package, Ontrac states that my order was delivered. I still don't have it. Despite sending multiple messages to this company (email, IG, FB) no one has bothered to respond. How are they selling clothes and not have a phone number dedicated to respond to customers concerns, complaints etc. This is extremely poor customer service but, I guess you get what you pay for as the clothes on this site are extremely cheap. This is my first time purchasing from this company, never again!!

I am Very disappointed. It took me 5 weeks to get my order back. The clothes were cheap- and don't see fit. I don't like the fact that there is no customer service you can speak with.. I can't even send the clothes back because it says the receipt they put in the bag say final sale

I made on purchase online dec.2nd 2018in the amount of $132.93only thing i have is a order confirmation thats it.I emailed only automated email responses the 1-800 number is bogus i cancelled on dec.9th they emailed me on the 15th stating the system didn't receive my cancellation so basically there gonna make me take this purchase that as of today the18th has no shipping or tracking number yet or i have to take there e-gift card which means credit for there online store that i don't want i want my money the same way they took it.Long story short i filed a complaint with bbb and by the looks of it I'm not the only one i also filed a dispute with my bank and filed a complaint with the federal trades commission anyone on here can file with federal trades they are for us consumers i hope everyone fashionnova scammed will get there money back.
