“I ordered my stuff Nov 28th and I have yet to receive my order. Haven’t heard back from onelivex or fashion nova yet. But as I emailed them I probably won’t be ordering from them again because this is unacceptable. My stuff been in woodridge, IL since dec 11th. If I knew where the warehouse was I’d go there my damn self to get my stuff. They need to get rid of this carrier.”

“I ordered on November 28th my package just like everyone else’s package is still in woodridge that’s crazy that all these packages just sitting in woodridge or are they? Fashion nova need to contact them to either ship the packages to the customers or send them back to fashion nova so they can be reshipped I understand fashion nova don’t want to lose money but we don’t either y’all took our money and we never got our package that’s not fair at all win for y’all but a lost for us!!!!”

“Order shipped 12/6/2020 and it is saying it is delayed and to contact OneliveX in IL. I have never had this issue before and I will not be ordering again. Can't get a hold of anyone at OneliveX to see what the issue is. I understand shipping is slow because of the pandemic but for a shipment to be "floating" out there in never never land with no explanation for almost a month. Unacceptable!”

“Same story as everyone else. Ordered 4 items for Black Friday around November 23rd, now it’s been over a month and have yet to hear back. Have emailed various places through FN and onelivex and nothing. Can’t get ahold of anyone via customer service. Complete lack of care for their customers, clearly.”

“Same story all up and down the feed I see. I too ordered Fashion Nova for Black Friday and have yet to receive anything but the runaround. Package delayed in Woodridge since Dec 11. OneLiveX is horrible at responding so is Fashion Nova!.this is not how you guys do business. Your going to loose a valuable customer! Super Frustrating!!!”

“I ordered from FN during Black Friday. Currently my package has been delayed since December 11. Apparently I had to contact OneliveX. HOWEVER, they send you an automated message about your packaged being delayed. You can’t even speak to a rep over the phone. I have yet to receive my package it’s been a month now. And I ordered from different companies during Black Friday, and received all my items. There’s no excuse for fashion nova. I’m never ordering from this company again.”

“Ordered 2 different orders by November 30, still haven’t received them and said sitting in Woodridge Illinois. If Fashion Nova valued their customers I think they would look into the issue and find out why all our packages are still sitting there!!”

“I normally have a great experience with fashionNova when they shipped through FedEx and UPS. As of recently they have changed shipping companies to Lasership. The worst shipping company ever. Still have not received my package I ordered over a month ago. They sent a text yesterday saying it was “delivered” but I never received any of my items. My order is over $300”

“I placed an order over a month ago for their Black Friday sale.. Currently it’s saying my package is sitting in Woodridge, Il... I have emailed numerous times only for me to get a computerized response saying it will be here before Christmas.. Well it’s days after Christmas and I still don’t have my package.. At this point I want a refund.. This is ridiculous. But I just placed an order literally 3 days ago and it will be here tomorrow. Love the clothes but definitely will lose customers like this.”

“Ordered 2 jackets. Got an email saying they were delivered via Lasership, comment said it was left in front of the door. I check the status because I had no package in front of my door. My order was delivered to a random building God knows where. Attempted to contact Fashion Nova and their response was "It says it was delivered, there's nothing we can do". Do not shop here. I'm out $50 because of their choice in carrier and lack of customer support.”
