I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I became a new customer in November, 2020. I really liked their clothes and made two separate orders. I live in the UK so I received a note that said I needed to go to Royal Mail and pay the Customs Fee before getting the parcel. I went to Royal Mail and refused the first parcel as I did not want to pay anything extra. I did exactly the same thing when I received a note for the second parcel - I went again to Royal Mail and refused the parcel. They confirmed that they would send it back to FashionNova which I'm sure they did. After two months I realised that I haven't received the refund I emailed Fashion Nova's Customer Services and they replied with a very short email to say that they can't see anything on their system and are asking me for some proof. There is no proof as I did not accept the two parcels and refused them. I paid £31.92 and £54.72 for the two parcels and I still have not received a refund. How awful this is? I feel so fooled now and have totally changed my opinion about this company that does NOT care about their customers at all. I am 100% honest customer and would never ask for a refund if I had received the items.

Fashion nova delivery is HORRIBLE there have been multiple times I’ve ordered something and never received my package I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it kept happening and I never have this problem when I order from else where they sent me a delivered Email when my package was NEVER delivered there’s no one to talk to to help you and they make it so hard to get your money back or they don’t give it back at all and won’t even send you back a replacement for something they NEVER SENT I will NEVER order from this site again SPENT 86$ on a birthday outfit that I NEVER received

FN charged my debit card without authorization and refused to cancel the order although I contacted them immediately afterwards I ordered a couple of items from fashion nova and when they arrived, some of the items did not look anything like the pictures online, so I sent them back to get a refund. Fashion nova made me pay for return shipping and they also only issued a gift card refund. I went online again last night to place an order using the gift card that I was issued and they charged my debit card instead of my gift card. I called them immediately to cancel the order and refund me my money however they refused. I would like to get my money back as I didn't authorize them to charge my debit card; I wanted to use my gift card. I should not be able to take money out of my account without my permission.

worst experience, I pay for an order, they have as delivered, I never received it, I have to wait 10 day for a resolution, but depends on the outcome they going to be able to return my money or send me another package, otherwise I've lost $100 order that I pay for be delivered

I will never order from Fashion Nova again. I ordered a dress on Dec 10th and received it on Dec 22nd. It was too small. After the hectic holidays I decided to ship it back tags intact and I was told by a customer service representative that since it was past 30 days they would only give me a credit of 50% of the value. This is a terrible return policy. I will be sure to let all my friends know to stay away from this company.

Their support team and training from management needs a lot of work. It would be good if they had a separate dedicated complaints team. They claim to respond to emails sent to their support email address within 48 hours and months later there is still no reply. I am very glad they have a "Chat With An Expert" feature on the website but its timeout of 14-29 seconds can be frustrating if typing a fair bit about your case or you don't notice it, or especially if waiting to be forwarded to a supervisor. Because then the whole inquiry has to be repeated again to a new chat/member of staff. Additionally, the staff do not all say the same thing in terms of the process the company follows when investigating missing packages. This is either misleading or lying to customers and time wasting on the customers part. My 2 main issues I have is: 1. The package never arrived, I opened a "missing" investigation for a reshipment or refund. They said it would take up to 30 business days. I had to do ALL the chasing up even when they found out new information on it. They located the package, it was on its way back to them and got to the fashion nova warehouse. I was then refused a reshipment option or refund until it reached their distribution center. This took an extra week! In that time the item restocked and sold out again. An item that I PAID FOR NEVER reached me. It's not a returned soiled item but a MISSING parcel and I had to wait for it to be passed between their locations in their own time. Because of this I missed the opportunity for reshipment on something I already paid for! So now I, a paying customer (already paid customer) am at the back of the queue. 2. Some of the staff are insolent and lack professional common sense. I had a personal discount code I used on this purchase, the item never arrived, I was *eventually* refunded. I asked a "supervisor" for a new personal discount code to replace the previous one- I was then offered the lower discounts already available online to everyone, which are time-limited or have a minimum spend. This is blatant upselling and is insulting. It does not show understanding of what a customer is asking for. I would have rather you just said its not possible. My purchases with Fashion Nova since 2014 have always been positive experiences until my most recent shipping and support team issues. This is where you potentially lose returning customers from coming back and separates this company from other prominent professional businesses. Aside from this, the clothing itself is of good quality, accurately advertised and a fair price- Once it arrives! Shipping is too risky and resolving lost parcels is too much hassle and time invested. Good for a "one-off" shop where you don't mind possibly losing money but not consistent buys.

Return policy is horrible. Clothes are of very poor quality and you pay to return the clothes that don't fit. In addition your return credit goes straight to a store credit even if you never want to buy from them anymore. So you are stuck with store credit. Truly pathetic

I ordered $150 worth and had next day delivery. I tracked my package and it says delivered. I had been home all day waiting on this box. I received every other package EXCEPT this one. Nothing from fashion nova came. I won't ever order from this site again

Fashion Nova has disappointed me in the biggest way. I started ordering from this online store because of its popularity and at first I thought that they offered quality service. Instead, I have been robbed. I made an order weeks ago and NEVER received my items. I contacted fashion nova several times to inquire. A representative admitted that the package was lost in transit. Then they stated it was delivered and proceeded to change the status of the package online. Since then I have contacted the carrier and they have been very helpful in providing proof and even sending numerous emails to Fashion Nova explaining that the item was indeed lost and therefore it was never delivered. Fashion Nova even after admitting that they received these emails has STILL decided to NOT issue a refund or replacements. I spent a lot of money and it will never happen again. I do not know if it is because I am not a celebrity or so but they just do not care. BE CAREFUL!!

I purchased 21 pieces of clothing amounting to $489.25 on dec 28. I only received 18 pieces and missing 3 amounting to around $70. I sent returns back due to poor quality and sizes were off. I did specify in the returned merchandise that I never received some items, I received no call or email. On 01/15/21 I called customer service and I was told to send proof of missing items. I told her that I did specify on the order slip I sent back with the box and I asked the rep to do and inventory check and they will see that they still have my items I paid for. She said that’s not our job. At that point I hang up and I launched a campaign online to sensitise shoppers NEVER to buy clothing from fashionova. They are stealing from customers. Until today I have not received an email or refund from your company. I’m disgusted. I have been cheated from over $120. This company is stealing please DO NOT BUY THEIR GOODS

Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Placed my first order, luckily for only $30, and was excited when I got a shipping notification within a few days. A day earlier than expected, Lasership stated it was "delivered to locker". No idea what that means, but it was NOT delivered and I have security cameras to prove that. I emailed lasership immediately after waiting on the phone nearly 30 min. They responded fairly quickly, but basically said, "Our end shows it was delivered. You'll need to contact the seller. " And by reading the other reviews, you already know FN has been no help. Disputing this fraudulent activity with my credit card company.

There’s is no customer service that’s the issue you can’t speak to a person. Which is very unprofessional to have a phone number that’s not useable. You call it the say you’ve called but unfortunately we are closed with no information on business days or times just hangs up. All they offer is store credit which you don’t want if you had an awful experience already. Worst site to shop from.

I feel so abused by Fashion Nova. I wish I had read these comments before I placed an order for the very first time. I will make it one of my life's missions to shed light on what is going on with this company. #1.) I signed up for all alerts and text messages so that I could be notified anytime my order made progress. NOT ONCE DID I RECEIVE ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION FROM THEM! Not even a confirmation after the initial email ...that I had successfully placed an order. 2.) 7 days in ...after no status updates... I contacted their instant chat. The auto service stated several times they did not have ANY RECORD of the account number given. Finally, the auto service alerted a real live person to help me. After waiting for about 10 minutes...I was given a confirmation number. I was ecstatic! That ended quickly though!!!! 3.) The company LASERSHIP was responsible for delivering my package. Their website stated the package was "out for delivery" 8 days after I initially ordered!!! But I received no order that day! 4.) I waited the next day and finally an update!!! I was told it was be delivered the next day. AND AGAIN I WAITED!!! No delivery!!! Finally, I check the TRACK MY PACKAGE tool and it states..."Loaded to the truck at 2:58p....Drove to location at 2:59p...Delivered package at 3:00p" NO FREAKIN WAY THAT IS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE!!!!!! I never received anything!!!! I ordered items for a women's homeless shelter and now...out of 150.00 and no items!!!!!!

Once I'm done here I will be contacting the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. The site states my order was shipped 12/6/2020 but the package has been held up in IL since 12/8/2020. When you go on Fashion Nova site and look at the delivery information you will see your tracking number. Funny thing is you can't click on the tracking number link to track the package through the delivery service. So, I copied the number and went over to the United delivery service site to track it from there. Guess what, the package hasn't been received by united delivery service so why does the Fashion nova site says it is in IL??? I contacted UDS myself, gave them the tracking number. Here's the thing, the detailed delivery information fashion nova has on their site is FALSE! They are making it seem like the package has left an with the delivery service and it has not!!! I got a great rep at UDS, she looked up the tracking number, was able to tell me my name and address and she also said UDS received the tracking info from fashion nova the evening of 12/4 and that's it!!!!! So, they are fraud!! They are making it look like the package has moved around on their site when it actually hasn't. UDS hasn't been contacted to pick up the package they were only sent tracking info!!! FRAUD. On the FTC.gov site FN was hit with having to pay out a 9.3 million dollar settlement for Consumer Refunds To Settle FTC Charges It Violated Rules On Shipping, Refunds just last year 4/2020. Here is an insert from that article..."The FTC received thousands of complaints about Fashion Nova’s shipping and refund practices from American consumers, as well as hundreds from consumers located in Canada and more than fifty other countries, affected by the company’s actions." I suggest you all flood the FTC.gov with complaints because it looks like FN wasn't satisfied with having to pay 9.3 million in damages because they are back to their old tricks! Heading over there now to complain!!!

Absolutely awful! 3 months and still no package. It's taken so long that I've moved house and now they won't even change my delivery location ontop of being no help at all with my inquiries.

I ordered 150 dollars worth of stuff for my fiancé. I ordered a bunch of different outfits for the holidays, new year, and our anniversary and its stuck in woodridge, IL and telling me to contact onelivex. This is terrible service through fashionova because they won’t even do anything about it. Still haven’t even got the package so thank yall for ruining the holidays!!!

Fashion Nova deserves 0 stars. The customer service is pathetic. I ordered in November and as of 8th Jan 2020 I have still not received my order. And they do absolutely nothing to try and help. Please DON'T buy from them. Feels like a scam.
