“I ordered on 11/28/2020 and paid for expedited delivery and still no package. Tracking tells me its in Memphis for the last month at the Fedex facility. I have 2 open case numbers but customer service NEVER gets back to me. Try using the customer service chat - yeah right. Don't buy from these people and report them to you banks for stealing your money!”

“I am extremely disappointed I would give no stars if it was an option. If I had known how difficult it is to receive assistance and receive my package I wouldn’t have bought anything from this store... I have placed an order in November 2020 and have been contacting Fashion Nova since. I hardly received any assistance I ordered Items over R2000 and have not received a thing. I only received assistance on how to pay and nothing after that. I contacted fashion nova via email as there is no contact number, I called dhl eCommerce countless times, contacted my local customs and the package seems to be non existent. I am extremely disappointed by your customer service. I want a full refund and I am really hoping that I did not buy into a scam. If I had known that it would be this difficult to receive my package and get assistance I would’ve never made a purchase. I am hoping that this review will help me to get assistance from you.”

“Be very careful ordering from fashion nova. I ordered back in November 2020 and I have yet to receive my package. I ordered things for Christmas so I'm pretty upset. Multiple times I tried to get help and they said there's nothing they can do. What?!”

“I ordered items from Fashion Nova on Black Friday and as of Jan. 6 -I have yet to receive them! I have contacted Fashion Nova multiple times and only after well over a week and multiple emails they responded and told me to contact OneliveX. The status is the same as everyone here, "Dec. 11 - Package has been delayed and not yet with UDS, Please contact OneliveX, Woodridge, IL.”

“I ordered from Fashion Nova on BLACK FRIDAY, it’s now January 5th and I have not received my order or any assistance. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/11. It says that my package has been delayed in Woodridge IL and is not yet with UDS. Worst customer service ever. I need answers and a refund!!”

“I guess this unprofessional error is happening to many more, I ordered from Fashion Nova on November 28 and I still don’t have my order . It says that it's been delayed on December 11 in Woodridge, IL and to contact OneLiveX for more details. This is terrible delivery service. I need answers now”

“I ordered from Fashion Nova on November 29th it’s now January 4 and I have not received any of my packages and not even an update from the delivery company OneLiveX. “My package is lost. The shipping company they use, you cannot even talk to anyone and it is only by email. Fashion Nova cannot even help at all either. It said my package was on the way 11/4/2020.”

“I ordered a pair of jeans on November 30th and they still haven't delivered. When I contacted them, they said the package had delayed and the date just keeps rescheduling every time I check. It's been over a month since I ordered, this is not acceptable.”

““I am going to the BBB also. I ordered my daughters Christmas gifts from Fashion Nova on November 27th it’s now December 27th and I have not received any of my packages and not even an update from the delivery company OneLiveX. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX by email. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/15 that my package has been delayed in Woodridge and is not yet with UDS. Now I put in my tracking number & that’s not even working anymore. I spent over $100 & I am not happy. I need answers right away.”

“I placed two orders on Black Friday... whoever OneLiveX is have my package since Dec 11. Fashion Nova has clearly washed their hands as if we purchased from the Carrier. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. Unfortunately some of my order was with a gift card so basically 100 gone down the drain. They will never get another order from me”
