“I have order my jacket on Nov. 29, 2020 through Fashion Nova for Christmas and it still not here I have track it/ call Fashion Nova it saying my jacket in Woolridge, Illinois on Dec. 11 I’m very disappointed”

“Ordered 2 jackets. Got an email saying they were delivered via Lasership, comment said it was left in front of the door. I check the status because I had no package in front of my door. My order was delivered to a random building God knows where. Attempted to contact Fashion Nova and their response was "It says it was delivered, there's nothing we can do". Do not shop here. I'm out $50 because of their choice in carrier and lack of customer support.”

“I placed my order on black friday. I was told it would take two days to deliver in USA. It is more than a month now. They are not replying email. I asked for a refund, but they are not replying. It is very dissapointing to see this from a reliable online shop like fashionnova.”

“I am going to the BBB also. I ordered my daughters Christmas gifts from Fashion Nova on November 27th it’s now December 27th and I have not received any of my packages and not even an update from the delivery company OneLiveX. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX by email. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/15 that my package has been delayed in Woodridge and is not yet with UDS. Now I put in my tracking number & that’s not even working anymore. I spent over $250 & I am not happy. I need answers right away.”

“I'm highly frustrated with fashion nova... I've been trying to contact them about my purchase order, one of the items wasn't sent & got something totally different. I have my receipt and the item in the package untouched. I went on their website to get help on what to do next but I get their form that I have to fill out every single time, but then no further instructions on what to do next other than to fill out their form AGAIN!. I just want to speak with someone, so I can get my refund or get the actual item I ordered. Also it took them abput a month to receive my order, their tracking sucked as well, it said it was shipped put from CA, delayed in NJ, then it was out in my city for delivery, then back to CA then back to my city. This took too long for this order to be sent out. I am most definitely not purchasing from here anymore.”

“Same experience as everyone else. Ordered on 11/29, it is now 12/26, no package. Says it’s been stuck with OneLiveX delivery service in my state (Illinois) since 12/11, but no further information after that. I’ve emailed FashionNova with no response. If anybody wants to team up and sue them, I am down. This is ridiculous.”

“I placed 2 orders November 27th and 28th. I received a partial order a day before Christmas and getting the runaround about my other package. One order was $115 the other $165. I will never order again and will warn all my family and friends to never shop with FASHION NOVA!!!”

“They lie about everything. They advertised the free two day shipping and I never got it. Still waiting for my package from December 18. I’ve opened a case against them with Better Business Bureau. I advise that you all do the same. They are scammers and it needs to stop.”

“I placed an order today. They are having the BOGO sale. I applied the code bogo gift it showed my order at about $237(basically half off) but when my order processed it showed a payment of $461) . I reach out to customer service to let them know what happened thinking they would be understanding and correct the issue. I was surprised to find they did not care at all and would not even cancel my order so I could repurchase my items and they refused stating they do not have that option to cancel. They told me my only option is to return my items for store credit only which defeats the purpose of the discount. I do not want a store credit especially when the error was the website. I will never make another purchase from Fashion Nova and will never refer another one of my friends. So many of my friends have purchased from them and will no longer. They have the worse customer service and should not even have a customer service line because there it is not a service to the customer at all.”

“They don’t update anything on your package and have been lying about when the package would be here. Then tried to give me a gift card I didn’t even get my clothes from last time why you I buy something again. This is just sad and they have no organization on many levels this is disappointing.”
