First, after two weeks and getting nothing, I contacted them and got half my order a week later! They sent me an email saying my order was complete, and when I asked where the other half was, days went by before they said it was out of stock!! THEN, two weeks later I asked where my refund was, and they said ANOTHER mix up occured and it would take another week!!! Not until I threatened to call my credit card did I get a refund. The WORST!!!!!

Hi everyone reading this review.. I just really needed to put this review out there so customers of Fashion nova could see before purchasing from that site. This is an honest review and I hope this helps other customers shop better and make the right choice. I purchased two dresses for New Year’s Eve on fashion nova. I purchased two dresses for New Year’s Eve on Fashion Nova. I received a discount code for two day free shipping. After I made my purchase I was told that I will not be getting my items in two days. They told me there was a handling time so I will get it on New Year’s Eve I made my purchase on the 28 I received a discount code for two day free shipping. After I made my purchase I was told that I will not be getting my items in two days. They told me there was a handling time so I will get it on New Year’s Eve I made my purchase on the 27th and I needed the two dresses on the 30th. I called them up and I asked them if I can pay more money for extra fast shipping because they told me after I made my purchase that I will not be getting it on time. They told me that I could not add extra shipping. So I waited for my outfits which never came on 30th of December. They sent me my tracking number which I tracked every single day. Once the two dresses were out for delivery it started telling me that they were sending it to Puerto Rico. Now mind you I am in New York and the company fashion nova is in California. To me why in the world would package from California go to Puerto Rico then come to New York when I am closer to California. I received my package on 6th of January and now I’m trying to return these items back to the company which they are giving me a hard time to do. The dresses came damage as well. They also tried telling me that I have to pay for the return shipping after it was delivered beyond late. Completely Unacceptable.. BEWARE!!!

I ordered some dresses from Fashion Nova a month and a half ago, with the intention of wearing them to Christmas/New Year's parties. They guaranteed delivery within 5 to 8 business days - more like 5 to 8 months?! I still have not received my order, and when I contacted Fashion Nova asking them to cancel my order and provide a refund - since the occasion has passed and I'm leaving Canada soon - they refused to assist me in any way, denying responsibility. Don't waste your time and money.

Please Save your self a Headache, Clothes are nice but if you happen to have any issues or have to return an item for whatever reason be ready to struggle to death before you get credit back, I had sent few items back and Always have the same Issues to get my $ Or even a credit store Back I provided my Tracking Order # after waiting for weeks!! and they ask for also a receipt like they are going to pay you back When they don't even offer that or free Returns at all !! I sent a screen shot showing my items were received long time ago and they keep asking me to go back to the postal service office to get a copy of my Receipt ???Sounds more like excuses to keep your money. As a customer if you are returning an item with all the info we shouldn't have to be going thru all this and the only way to communicate with them is my e mail I finally Learn My lesson never Buying from this website again!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible. I will never shop with them again. Sent me a duplicate purchase. Issued me a store credit. And then took half the money for shipping. In which I paid to send back. Out of my own pocket. They are horrible. It ruins the shopping online experience. 2 day shipping took 28 days. HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is the worst company (Fashion nova) to purchase anything from if you are someone who does returns. You will either never get your money back or they take years and months to find your order via the tracking number. If it is they can’t find your tracking number they do nothing about the products you’ve return therefore taking your money that you spent on the return products. They are a bunch of unprofessional theifs that takes your money and make no effort to give it back. Also if you try to write a 1 star review on their page it gets deleted so they can keep their fake “5 star rating” online. Be very very cautious, but I would recommend if you are a person who returns items do not order from them. You will not get your money back!

The most horrible place you can order I place an order November 30 th today is December 29 2018 I never received the items I emailed them over and over no answer and my refund either I called no one to talk to just a machine terrible, horrible place

This is one of the most horrible places to purchase clothing, boots, shoes, etc. Nothing ever fits as if everything is made in China. To send items back, customers have to pay for shipping; it takes over two months to receive a gift card for items returned because they simply refuse to give refunds; customer service is horrible as you can barely reach a live person over the phone; the owner of the company takes everything in but gives nothing back. JUST GIVE ME BACK MY REFUND! I am tired of sending merchandise back because you fail to refund customers by having such an ill policy of not giving refunds back for items returned. The sad thing is- this company will never go out of business because people are pressed to by their cheap clothing. I don't plan on continuing to purchase from this company; however, I have no choice but to keep returning items until I find something that fits because the CEO has such a crappy policy. I am a relatively small person. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO tired of dealing with this company- just wish they would give me back my refund. I am spending more money to send things back.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.. THEY ADVERTISE THAT PEOPLE WILL GET GUARANTEED DELIVERY WHEN THEY PAY FOR 1 DAY SHIPPING FOR NYE AND THEN THEY CANCEL A CUSTOMERS ORDER... I'VE ALSO HAD PREVIOUS ORDERS COME THAT WERE MISSING ITEMS.. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

They really dropped the ball... On December 17th, I ordered like 7 pieces from them for my girlfriend's Christmas present. The shipping method was USPS Priority, which was 2 day processing and 2-3 day delivery. Sounds good and all.. The shipping label was supposedly created the next day, the 18th, on Tuesday, but this doesn't confirm that USPS received the package. It stayed in this status for 10 days. I at least expected a delay because of Christmas, but when I called customer support on the 28th, they told me that I would need to be refunded because of an issue on their end, that wasn't explained thoroughly. Every time I asked for the reason why this happened, and how often this happens, and they kept on giving me the same generalized answer. And from the looks of these other reviews, I'm not confident that I will even receive the refund...

I ordered In October never got it.I called and asked for a refund in November (800) 866-0286 (in case anyone needs to call) and was told I’d get my refund within 7 business days. Never got it. Emailed them, no response. Called a few weeks later and they said they would give me store credit and told them no I want my refund. Was told I was going to get a refund, still nothing. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, which I have been told can help resolve your issues.

The quality of the clothes were absolutely horrible, the sizes were not right and it took almost 3 weeks to get the clothes. Fashion nova is a scam, cheap made clothes for high prices. They are overrated because of the Celebrity endorsements. I will not order from them again due to quality.

DON'T BUY!!! It's a SCAM!!!! I placed an order om 12/05 hoping I would get it before Xmas. After my few emails they answered they had been overwhelmed by the number of orders on Cardi B collection. Great but it's not my problem! On December 11 I got an email that my order had been refunded even though I never asked for it!!! Today is 11/27 and still no money on my account. Screw you, FASHIONNOVA! I will never buy anything from you ! The worst online shop ever! You ruined my Xmas gift, took my money and didn't send the order! Terrible!

I ordered 2 gift cards from Fashion Nova and only received one ecard. I emailed 4 times and AmazonPay emailed twice with no response. They sent me the other giftcard a week later with no explanation and no apology. I will not be buying anything else. I know that they don't care because they have so many people buying from them. However, with so many bad reviews, their bad customer service will come to light.

Basically if your package never gets to you, you're on your own. It says my package was delivered December 5th, but there was nothing recieved. The neighbors didnt get anything either for me. I sent them an email.. no reply. I would go on to send them 3 more emails before they would reply 3 weeks later telling me they aren't going to help me in any way. Once it says the package is delivered, it's out of their hands. They told me I should file a claim with usps... 3 weeks after the fact in which time they wouldn't even reply to me. No problem! Make a charge back on my card and never order from then again.

I’ve order from them a few times I got what I ordered. This tome I ordered and didn’t get anything I ordered, it took 11 days to get a refund from them. I placed my order December 15,2018, got a refund December 26,2018. All because they said that everything was out of stock!!!!!! I’m like how can it be out of stock when it says online that it’s in stock. Not to mention I only get an answer after I’ve had to call them after I reordered what I had originally ordered the first time😡😡😡😡. The items was a Christmas gift for my daughter that has autism as well so just imagine how she reacted when she didn’t see her clothes that she picked out😡😡😡😡😡😡

If I could give 0 stars I would,I ordered two jeans a jacket and a shirt I haven’t received my 2and pair of jeans and it’s been a month I emailed customer(their only way of contact ) service 5 TIMESand still no response.They charged my credit card and I never received all my merchandise this is RIDICULOUS
